This is a neat, well run hotel. Its location is within a few minutes walk of the very heart of Viseu. Our room had a very comfortable bed, and sliding doors out onto a balcony. The breakfast was excellent, both plentiful and with a variety of things to choose from. The staff could not have been more helpful. Marcia was lovely, and both she and her colleague whose name we didn’t get gave us many helpful tips. On their recommendation we slightly changed our onwards route, and drove the Rota do Romanico (N222), down the Douro Valley to Porto. It turned out to be one of the most extraordinary highlights of our trip. Thank you!

staff very helpful.. breakfast was good... free parking for the motorbike in the garage below... comfortable bed and spotless.. good location, only a few minutes walk and you're in the centre..I was surprised with the town,I didn't know anything about it beforehand but it's really beautiful...

the only thing is the WiFi was rubbish... and I couldn't even get a phone signal at times in the room. everything else excellent

The excellent location.the beautiful town centre with its lit up buildings and fountains for an evening stroll is a must. The hotel was very good value, clean and our duty manager that night was very helpful. His restaurant recommendation was perfect. Find it located in town Square above the lit up azulajos panels. Hotel parking wasn't a problem.

The location is great - very central and close to Kennedy Park. We left very early and couldn't enjoy the breakfast, but they prepared us a box with some snacks which was appreciated. Shower was hot.

The furniture is a bit old and the paitings over the bed are quite creppy. We could still hear some noise from the street and from other guests.

Everything was up to our expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised by the availability of plant milk, peanut butter and different kinds of jam for breakfast. As vegans, we were able to have a proper breakfast, which doesn't always happen.

Nothing major, but there was a sort of whistling noise that came and went, not very loud but a little annoying, our guess is that it's from the water pipes.

Location was great, only 5 or 10 minute walk to centre. Small underground parking area with electric door. Motorcycle was safe here. The lift makes it easy to bring luggage from the carpark to your floor. Friendly reception staff. Great breakfast.

Biker hotel, well frequented when I was there, good breakfast, located directly in the city, with its own parking in the basement. Access from the parking to the hotel-rooms by lift. Nice hotel, very friendly staff.

breakfast was great value. didn't care for the coffee, but eggs bacon ham cereal etc were extremely good value

room was small, but adequate. reasonable given price and other hotel features such a nice public space

The hotel is very good. It is located 10 minutes walk from the main bus station. The staff is very good, and the whole hotel is very clean. The size of the room was OK.

There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room. Breakfast could have more options.
