Location near to Dubai Exhibition Center. Value is the lowest in the area but not cheap Room services was excellent

The bed was uncomfortable, I woke up with back pain. The bellows was not cushy No amenities in bathroom was provided

Excellent friendly, professional, competent and helpful staff at reception. Very helpful with the booking in and out. The housekeeping staff was friendly and provided necessities quickly when required. The food services provided tasty breakfasts every morning and we loved the variety of choices. The dining room staff worked very well together. Loved the outside dining area that created a very relaxing atmosphere. The security staff was friendly and helpful in weighing the suitcases prior to departure. The agent that did the booking for the Desert safari tour was friendly, efficient and answered all our questions. I loved that it is situated close to the metro station and in walking distance. Could easily visit the tourist attractions. Found a ATM also nearby. Various restaurants are available close to the hotel and metro station I will definitely recommend One Central - World Trade Centre Hotel Dubai

I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel near the World Trade Centre in Dubai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a quick 2-minute walk to the World Trade Centre, which made attending the exhibition incredibly convenient. The staff specially (Shebaz )were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were clean and well-maintained, providing all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy atmosphere made it a nice retreat after a busy day. However, a bit more space would have been appreciated, especially for those staying longer. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary laundry services. Many hotels in the area provide this, and it would be a great addition to enhance the guest experience. Overall, I would recommend the Ibis Hotel for its prime location and excellent service. With a few tweaks, it could be an even more outstanding choice for travelers.

The rooms were small

Everything was great during my stay at the ibis hotel chain, as I already know what to expect from them. However, one thing could be improved: the hotel staff should complete all their tasks in one visit. After the room is cleaned in the morning, there’s no need to come back multiple times – first to bring water, then for something else, and later in the afternoon to knock on the door and ask if we’re satisfied with the service. This creates unnecessary interruptions. Other than this, everything was perfect.

We like everything about the ibis hotel, very clean and the housekeeping ensure that the room always clean, the breakfast buffet is amazing with different choices of food.. the staffs are very kind and helpful.. which we really recommend your hotel to our family and friends

Just one thing we looking for the rest of amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste.. soap and shampoo, the hotel didn’t provide at all

The Internet is very bad, connectivity is very bad, no range, Ideally should be every floor should have dedicated network and not open network makes the connection good, but the Wifi was very bad inspite of getting it fixed but still the network was very bad. Also another point to add was the coffee, every room should have the coffee and creamer in the room not ordering the coffee every morning. it takes alot of time to come to the room.

I have visited the hotel during Ramadan and I found Quraan and Prayer carpet. the maintenance supervisor gives a good service for replacing the light over the desk. they send fresh coffee with milk when I requested. they help me heating the food in the restaurant for taking My Iftar in the room

Helping the people the manager helps me to resolve misunderstanding between me and the employee in the call center and they return back My Money of the breakfast while My payment was for Iftar. the staff were good and smiling.

The room size is way too small. It's good for people who would hang out often and only come to the hotel to sleep. Amenities were fine. The hotel provides you with a refilled bottle of water on a daily basis and you could call for extra if you want. The glass bottle is to ensure zero plastic use within the premises as it is an eco friendly hotel.
