Room, breakfast and location is great and big value for the money. The staff is really great; super friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurants and at the receptions. Zainab and Koitaba were super friendly

The building is 'only' 15 years old, but the elevator seems even older. There were always one or two elevators under maintenance. So, in the peak hours it was a long wait. But now they are all running and it is fine. Swimming Pool is now under maintenance/renovation until end of September 2024.

Gym, pool

The check in took abit longer than expected , there is no cutlery in the room. Overcrowded foe breakfast time you have to wait in line. The breakfast time finished at 11 but at 10.30 they already cleaning the place so you have to watch your time.

Wonderful staff. Every single worker is good and efficient. This means the management is very good. Special thanks to Oumar from management. Duncan and the concierge staff Hatem and Julia for very efficient check in. 🙂 And not to forget the room was very clean !! Thanks to the housekeeping. Irene, Ahmed and Nuwan.

A pleasant experience with a good service. The view was amazing. Metro is within a few minutes of walk. Furniture is good. A lot of space. Fridge. Bed. Taxi nearby. 24-hour shop and pharmacy inside. 15-minutes drive to JBR beach. Kudos for room attendants Raju, Bikram and room supervisor Amih.

Despite the room was rent for 3 people, we were always provided with everything for 2 (e.g., towels, glasses, blankets). However, each time after calling the reception we were receiving everything we needed within 15 minutes.

Location is pretty good and the room sizes are very good. The view from the top floors are amazing and the staff is quiet respectful.

The elevator takes too long, if you go for breakfast it will be a while to get an elevator and most importantly, there is no room to sit during breakfast (most of the time), the spread is good, but the staff looked tired and overworked so they don't show up with a smile. On check out, I was asked by two staffs (and almost compelled) to put their name on my review... they should avoid doing that!

Excellent value for money. Booked 1 bed suite with my family. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Sofa convertible to bed in lounge so no need for additional bed. Housekeeping right on time and helpful. Washroom are spacious with good quality toiletries. Convenient location as 50 steps from metro station. Coffee shop is very good. Small mart and pharmacy within the hotel. This is the second time i stayed here and it is highly recommended

Check in process can be expedited, specially in high season. Only dissatisfaction is the long queue at the elevators in peak season. It can easily take 25-30 mins to come down for breakfast. I saw many guests missing the breakfast including us.

The suite was spacious with a big living room and cleaned rooms. The hotel staff was very polite and at our service with any questions we had, they took our luggage directly to our suite which was very nice. The hotel had a free bus journey from the hotel to the Jumeirah Beach and back. We enjoyed this very much.

The WiFi was not so bad, but it can be improved, the speed was not very fast. The bathrooms were big, but the leaked water that drains outside the bathtub goes directly to the floor, and you end up in a mini-pool with nothing to clean it, but it was cleaned by the hotel staff every day. We received slippers only in the last day of our one week stay, which was kind of strange.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff throughout all areas of hotel. Light, bright and spacious modern room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Balcony was a bonus Breakfast buffet was varied and very nice. Good location with train nearby.

Some lifts were out of service and the lifts took a long time to come, particularly as the hotel was very busy. Generally, the room was clean but it could do with a deep thorough clean, particularly in the bathroom. An option to request a written compendium of info would be helpful as the online version on the TV was not always accessible. For anyone with mobility issues, stepping up into the bath to access the shower could be tricky.
