Room/ in reception one person who helped me !

i have visited here .4 times more than . but 1st of july . after check in . i went out and when i reached hotel. while enter elevator that black security guy on night shift stop me.i asked him why?. he said . wants to identify you in-house geust or visitor. but he stop me unrespect. (no enter let's go to reception and i told to reception staff show my details to him. im not happy about this incident. ) i respect hotel policy and ruls regulations i understand!. but the way he asking. not happy who enter the hotel. that question he can ask the reception or why there is no option identify the guest in-house or visitor?. however Thanks. property best.

have stayed here many times before with no problem and have always been impressed with the friendly and co-operative staff at reception. During my most recent stay, the staff at reception were rude, combative, accusatory and difficult including the duty manager. absolutely disgraceful really

Nice and comfortable rooms with good location, staff is really helpful and caters to you, i had made a mistake in my last stay here with the wrong booking date and a non refundable payment but the staff helped me out and didn’t charge me for the extra day, they even helped me for my request of a smart tv which is important for my weekend stay

Pool area is quite small and for people looking for that pool day experience might not be the best option

Hotel location is extremely ideal, Room was very clean and comfortable and i enjoyed coming to this location whenever i visited. Faizan and Daniyal at reception are super professional and they knew how to deal with customers. I will recommend this property to other friends. 10/10 for super service.

"Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. Property is in a central location and accessible to quite a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars. This facility is calm and has all the desired comfort a customer would expect and good value for money.

What I don’t quite find nice or necessary is that this facility still holds your money as deposit. I mean, who does that these days? Why do I have to be kept waiting for 10 minutes upon checkout just cus they need to go observe my room first 🤷‍♂️. Also, sometimes we just wanna get a room, rest up and watch proper TV 📺 and not be forced to watch all those channels. A smart TV would at least suffice.

It is a very reasonably priced accommodation in Barsha Heights, very clean, and the beds are super comfy.

We had to check in at around 2 AM, and the receptionist was chatting with another guy who claimed he came to make a reservation, but it did not seem so at all. I asked whether it is only one receptionist working at that hour, and he said yes, then they continued talking, now not in English. We had to express our emotions only after what the receptionist told the guy something in their language and the guy left. And the thing I don't like about this hotel is the bar, due to which you encounter drunk people who think they can ask you questions when you clearly are not going to entertain them.
