Location was great and staff was gracious.

Some lady on reception called multiple times to sell offers like travel, jet ski, safari? Rental etc. Woke me up thrice. Was very annoying of her pushing hard. Also on booking.com it said free airport pick up available but hotel said none.

Amazing hotel which is nearby to the Mall of Emirates, metro station, bus station, plenty of restaurants around. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfy beds. Cleaning was provided every day, water refilled every day. We loved the receptionists who are working here, they are so friendly and lovely, ready to help you with every wish. We had breakfast and dinner included, breakfast was a buffet, not a lot of food options, but still good enough. For dinner, you'll receive a menu card with just a few options, which were quite repetitive, to choose from, but they were tasty. Also, there is not enough space where to sit during breakfast as the dining space is quite limited, so sometimes we have to wait a little for a table to be available. All of the staff were amazing. Overall, it's a good product for nice money, we would love to definitely come again.

It would be nice to have more options for dinner. Also, there is just a bath tub in the bathroom, so if you are disabled or older it may be inconvenient to you. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I have been to much fancier hotels, my own home even and never felt a bed as comfortable as this one. Incredible. The staff were also really kind, friendly and attentive (both restaurant and reception). Gym was small but clean and had modern equipment.

The car park was often too full but they outsourced to a car park next door. Some families were allowing their children to play in the corridors all morning and evening screaming and shouting which is not conducive to a restful stay. There was a lot of building work going on in the area so car getting covered in dirt. One man using the car park drove into and damaged another car. The staff were lovely but the quality of the food was not good, the breakfast made us both unwell. They need a bigger budget for ingredients

It was an amazing place very near to the mall and metro station..comfy beds, the room was nice and clean..more english channels on TV.

We are on a non-smoking floor but suddenly we noticed when we came back from outside the rooms smelled of cigarettes..

The room was clean and just like the image above serene. It's cozy and gives you a nice feel even if you wish to stay there for the entire day. The check in and check out process was fast and smooth. The location is close to the Dubai Metro and that makes it easily accessible for work or pleasure. You can go through the Mall of Emirates station via the Mall. My recommendation is for the room. It was a nice experience.

The Breakfast Menu. I stayed for 7 Nights and it was almost the same. The menu desperately needs a look and some good option with a mix of Asian and Indian can be added to give a true Continental feel. Most days it had baked potatoes once crisp Hash browns. Rest more or less the menu is same. My recommendation Breakfast can be a lot better experience.

Nice modern hotel. The room is quite small, but has everything you need. The rooftop pool with 4 sunbeds which were free on our days, it was nice. The staff is friendly and you were greeted very warmly from the moment you arrived. There are parking - indoor and outdoor, there are no problems with places, it is very convenient by car. Breakfast is good, but the dining room is small and there are a lot of people.

There are a lot of people at breakfast, but the dining room is small. Each breakfast began with a quest - find a place to sit, find plates, wait for cups/glasses, and ask the staff to bring out the forks. Perhaps you can come and have everything available - but then you have to come early in the morning. The breakfast itself was good, we didn’t leave hungry, and we had everything we needed.

I stayed 2 nights at the property. The staff was very friendly and supportive. The room was basic but clean. The wifi spead was never seen in a hotel... really amazing ! The breakfast was very good, nice staff there as well. I had a late check-out which is normally at 2pm. The staff agreed to 3pm and in fact I fot out at 3.15pm. Normally, the reception would chase you down to get you out but these guys were very flexible and understanding. Amazing !

The location is ... very close to Mall of Emirates which is nice but a true disaster traffic wise. I took me 1h15m to get to the mall by car. Walking is 5 min (but for reasons I had to go by car). Obviously, the hotel cannot help but it is an important thing to consider. I booked a king bed but got 2 smaller beds which I truly don't like.

Strong internet connection. For me breakfast was good: greens, proteins (eggs, bacon), sweets, fruits - not much but convenient. Location on one hand is good (you reach metro through passing the moll though)

Holes on the bedsheets - how can be? No slippers - again how? Neiborhood is a small Mumbai so if you like - okay (on other hand all the small needs and Indian veg restaurants nearby).

The location was pretty good with access to metro, and the mall and lulu were very close by, so it was easy to do shopping. The staff was great, and the room was cleaned very well everyday. For this price point I don't have almost anything to complain about, had a great stay.

I don't really have a complaint about the hotel, but more of the area in general. If you need to take the taxi from the hotel to somewhere during the evening, the traffic can jam quite badly and it might take longer than you expect, but it wasn't a huge problem for us.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, really great variety. Hotel is in a great location 5 mins walk from Emirates mall, 10 minutes walk from the metro station and bus station so very well connected to the rest of Dubai. It is in a really safe busy residential area. Really lovely staff at the hotel - Mohamed in particular was very pleasant throughout our stay.

We wanted a non-smoking room but they didn't have any availability when we arrived. We asked to move in the morning and they provided us with a better room which we were happy with.
