Helpful and attentive staff that took pride in their work was immediately noticed during our 7/12-7/15/24 stay. Every encounter we had during our 3 night visit with the friendly Hampton team was very pleasant. Everything worked well in our clean room with very comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated a hotel with modern and practical furnishings, as well as, plenty of towels and pillows. The ladies running the breakfast and coffee area during our stay were VERY attentive keeping ALL areas clean, organized, stocked and the food was very tasty! Despite it being a pet friendly hotel we never smelled or heard animals which was greatly appreciated! It was one of the quietest hotels I've stayed in yet very close to many other businesses. Great location to access Hwy. 95.

The staff was great, room very clean and comfortable, after I figured out how to have total darkness. Was disappointed that housekeeping did not circle back around. Thankfully we had enough clean towels. The pool was a little sluggy from the rain, however on my departure day I saw the pool guy. Wish he had come a day earlier. Overall it was the staff and the super cool manager that made our trip very pleasant. My brother passed away the day before I arrived in Jacksonville for the wedding, so the friendly, happy, smiling faces definitely helped me keep my spirits up during a difficult time. Every shift had a team member that was friendly, kind, help, and just great!!!

We loved the front desk staff and espcially Derrick. We loved to spacious rooms, view of the pool, and kitchenette area. We nly ate breakfast one morning and the breakfast was nice and everything refilled quickly as needed.The location is close to numerous places to dine.

The wifi would stop a few times, but it always returned after a few moments.

The room was recentlfy renovated, and the hotel's location was perfect for us!

The ground floor was still being renovated, though we were warned about that days before we checked in. That should not be a problem the next time we visit this hotel, and we will stop there again, depending on our needs!

Being renovated or just new. Not sure but it was nice to see the freshness.

I wish there was an outlet in the entry of the room for the iron. The ironing board is located there but no plug. What a simple thing and it’s wonderful to have such a simple suggestion - no complaint - just suggestion.

The room was comfortable, had a large bathroom, and was reasonably spacious. It was also very clean and the furnishings were in excellent shape. The breakfast was quite good for an American chain hotel. The hotel is located in a suburban area of strip malls and chain restaurants but is convenient to the highway.

The next time we will stay in a hotel closer to the beach!

The breakfast was pretty good. Waffle options, fruit, breads, oatmeal, juice and yogurt. The staff were very friendly, the location was perfect and the stay overall was a great one!

I wish there were different meat options outside of pork for the breakfast. The bathroom tub leaked a bit. The first staff person we met was short in her responses but we never saw her after that.

The location was great. The staff was pleasant and professional. The breakfast is good.

The air conditioner hits the bedside and during the winter months it can be quite cold and if you put the thermostat up it gets warm.

Daniele took great care of us! Loaned us a step so my mom could get onto the bed - very important and appreciated!

Room 316 should not be considered a handicap room - low toilet, No grab bars, mobility challenged elderly cannot manage climbing into a bathtub to shower. Room 300 is a great room for mobility challenged adults!

I was traveling alone for the first time in my life to visit my son and his family who had recently moved to Florida. I wanted a location where I felt safe and this place was very safe and secure. I slept like a baby didn’t have a minutes worry. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean the breakfast was A standard hotel type buffet breakfast but was so convenient - nice to have right off the lobby.
