Modern hotel, starts to date a little but still ok. Bay view was nice, but came with a bit more traffic noise. Our room was at the corner of two very busy streets. Bed was comfy. Room was well equipped with all things one should expect in such a hotel. Breakfast (only a la carte) was decent.

There is no parking at the hotel and the promised valet service did not except our car as being oversized - RAM1500. There was no limitation mentioned for the valet parking during reservation at all. Hence we needed to park outside on a public commercial parking spot which was 50% more expensive than the valet service would have been, plus the walk back to the hotel in the middle of the night.

Spacious room, high ceilings with great views, well appointed with coffee making facility. Gym with sauna and steam room. Pool area was nice with great city and sea views Walking distance to park and bayside market. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

On checkout, Incorrectly charged me an amount of $US90.00. Only noticed the amount when I checked my bank account. When I emailed the property, they acknowledged that this was incorrect and would refund me within 3-5 business days.

Beautiful hotel. Very modern and with very good facilities. Impecably clean and cool views. Would stay there again. I would avoid the restaurant, though.

The restaurant had a logistical problem. We were a group of 8 and had both breakfast and dinner. Getting our orders in took forever and so did the food. Especially during breakfast, when there were more people at the restaurant. 45 mins to get order taken and getting our food is too long. A pity because everything else was excellent.

I really liked the hotel. It was nice and the staff was very friendly. I was there because I needed to update my passport which was in walking distance to the passport office.

The problem I had wasn't the fault of the hotel. It was from the sounds of the racing cars and motorcycles that kept waking me up. My room had the city view. I don't know if it would be different if I had the other view.

The price I paid was less than expected by far! The young woman at the front desk was my only encounter with the staff, and she was phenomenal, impressive, and enough that I would recommend the Gabriel to all of my travel clients!

There was nothing I did not like. I suppose checking out was not my favorite part but at 11 o’clock check out was great if it had to be done. I would still be there for my one single night if I hadn’t had to check out.

Great hotel if leaving for a cruise the next day. Close to the port, bayside market, etc. Free shuttle to south beach, or affordable Ubers to other areas in Miami. Customer service was excellent from the moment we arrived, and our room (by the pool area) was spacious and big. The hotel is modern, clean, and everything else was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Not enough to deter us from staying here again, but the beds are extremely soft (we like a more firm mattress).

The bathroom was amazing and the room size was excellent. The amenities offered were outstanding. Food was delicious. And it was a good value.

The only thing thy at was a bother was outside noises but was to be expected considering the area.

Beautiful place loved it except for my first room. I was in smell like urine, but they hurried up and gave me a new one with a smell much better on the 15th floor

The urine smells of pet urine. Overall, beautiful, and I will stay there again.

The location was perfect. The staff were very personal, courteous, and attentive. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. I will definitely be staying here whenever I travel to Miami.

The hotel is located very conveniently. It is right across a great park, great museums and very close to concert hall. It is walking distance to the Marina, which offers a wide range of shopping and dining options. The room was nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and upgraded our hotel room to a one with a sea view for a fraction of the price. Although we had some minor issues during our stay, the staff was proactive about solving them and making up to us to improve our experience. Also, the roof terrace has a great view - a must see.

The issues we had during our stay were solved quickly. As the hotel is located right next to a very busy highway, there is always a bit of traffic noise around when the windows are open, but I guess that can be avoided by keeping the balcony door closed.
