Hotel was undergoing some renovations, but we did not see anything while we were there. Found out that the Desk clerk Jerry Slatton(our last name also), is probably related to my husband's grandfather or g. grandfather! Breakfast was good...loved the pancake maker! Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom in our room was a little tight and the position of the toilet is too close to the shower and makes it awkward when getting out of the shower and there was no towel rack ober the toilet for hanging danp towels(door hook just isn't helpful- hotel is being renovated and our room had not yet undergone any work, so hopefully they will look at those things when they renovate. Overall, it was a great stay and very convenient to many activities, shops, restaurants, ect. We will use this hotel again on our next stay in Orlando area!

Very clean rooms. Nice location. Friendly staff. Nice Keurig Coffee machine in room. They were remodeling/painting however it didn't really mess up the atmosphere. You could tell effort was put into this.

I could have used some clothing racks to help unload the car. There seemed to be none available my whole stay there.

The breakfast was delightful and very good. The presentation was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast selection was also very good. The service was second to none. The breakfast attendant was very attentive to details and was engaging. I was particularly impressed with her morning greetings and creativity with breakfast centerpieces for thanksgiving. I looked forward to going down to breakfast and talking with the attendant. She is definitely an asset to your company.

There wasn't anything I did not like about this property. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Overall my family and I had a very good experience at the property.

Breakfast was decent -nothing special, but still hit the spot. Location was pretty good if you needed to stock up on anything, as there was actually lot of shopping (and dining) options nearby. The seafood restaurant next door appeared pretty popular. However I didn't try any of the nearby restaurants because all I basically used the room for was for sleep and hygiene when I attended a music festival at the Orlando Fairgrounds

The location was undergoing renovations, so the fitness center was closed as a result. It would've been nice to know this ahead of time, but it wasn't a deal breaker

The front counter staff is great I can't remember her name but she is awesome always ready to help with a great attitude.

When driving into the location, it shates a parking lot with a self-storage area and the part of town is questionable at best.

Breakfast was amazing! The room was perfect for our needs. Loved that there was an iron too in the room.

There was a slight miscommunication on our checkout time. Although I called ahead, and I told them at check in that we were going to use their courtesy late check out at 1pm, someone knocked on our door anyway at 11am thinking we should be checked out.

Breakfast was great! We liked the automatic pancake maker the most.

I know nothing can be done, but the a/c unit goes off and on all night and I am a light sleeper so not a fan.

the carpet was very dirty and the room wasn't all that clean but overall it was ok for our few days stay

it was full of small insects everywhere I don't know what they could be .. just very very small mosquitos

The location was close to the venue that I attended. It is located near restaurants and shopping that I like.

I didn't like that the ice machine was not working and I had to go down two floors the get ice. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working in the hallways.
