It felt safe, wasn’t crowded, not a lot of riffraff going on. The staff was exceptional! Everything we asked for was accommodated immediately and the staff was very friendly to our children. Big plus was when one of our children accidentally left their Nintendo switch in our room after we checked out, the staff called me and we were still in town to come back and get it. The included breakfast was great and there was a good selection. We really had a wonderful stay.

The property is outdated and undergoing renovations so it’s not the prettiest or newest looking place but everything was clean and kept up so we didn’t mind.

Great location for Universal Studios, room was clean and comfortable, we overlooked the back facing the pool, a little bit of noise from the road but not enough to be an issue. Staff were great, very friendly and helped if we needed it. Nice reception area, breakfast is OK, bagels,toast,muffins, waffles,yoghurts,coffee, which we thought was plenty. A couple of fast food places to eat and a Walgreens a few mins drive.

The shuttle to Universal leaves at 8am and returns at 5.30pm, just once a day there and back, Ubers are cheap at around 8 dollars, its cheaper than parking. I wouldnt really say they offered park shuttles. Check out is 11am, We had a longhaul flight back to the UK in the evening and there wasnt a courtesy room to shower and change before we left.

I loved the clean smells as soon I we walked into the lobby. Not overpowering but refreshing. All staff were smiling and friendly. Very pleasant experience for the whole family! Also having a usuable laundry room for guests was very helpful. Great restaurants and shopping all in walking distance

The room had comfortable beds and housekeeping did a good job of keeping it clean for our 4-night stay. Front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate, since we are not big breakfast eaters. I especially liked that good and hot coffee was available at all times. The only way to top the location is to actually be on Universal property. The free shuttle was handy, although we used a taxi to return to the hotel each day because the shuttle returned at 5:30 p.m., which was too early for us. We would have walked the 1.3 miles back to the hotel, but, after hours of being on our feet at Universal, we opted for a ride!

The shuttle was handy, but we ran into a glitch on the first morning at the hotel. The shuttle was full, so they had to send another one. We ended up waiting an hour. However, the other three mornings went smoothly. The only other problem was that the air conditioning unit was noisy. I was able to fall asleep, but not readily due to the noise.

Choice of bteakfast items was limited. Could have benefitted from some savoury items to augment the sweet. What was on offer was very good. Location was very close to Universal Studios. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and polite, much appreciated

TV set had an annoying habit of making a loud scratching sound and freezing every so often. Bath tap leaked, although not excessively

I noticed, using Booking.com for 3 properties in a row, we received the least desirable room which seemed to need upgrades and repairs. We liked this hotel and location but after this experience I will ask when checking in if our room is in good repair.

We love the location and the room. It is pretty much close with everything! Restaurants, themed parks and even some attractions, it’s really close. It’s clean and comfy. We were planning to stay there again when we ever go back in Orlando. They will ask you upon check in for a $100 deposit but they will not get it out in you account. They will just let you sign a document for authorization to deduct the $100 if ever you broke something in the room but you have the option of giving cash too if you don’t want them have the authorization. No big deal. They will give it back upon check out too.

The floor splashes in the bathroom while taking shower, the shower curtains can’t shield the bottom for it is most likely leveled from the floor. So we just used a lot of towel on the floor while showering so we won’t get hurt if we fell on the floor because it’s slippery.

The hotel was nice and the cleaning crew was awesome and very helpful if you needed something. The location to the parks was wonderful.

The hotel need to have a backup coffee make. We paid for breakfast included in the cost of the hotel stay but not coffee with breakfast and the waffle batter was watered down. It was the worst. Yeah they need to do better with that. Give us a good breakfast it doesn’t have to be Great but good is doable. Don’t water the batter down and have a backup coffee make. It was a nice size hotel so there was no reason why the breakfast was so bad other than they don’t have to do better.
