First time stay at a Red Roof Inn. Excellent value without cutting corners where it matters! Very friendly & pleasant front desk staff. Ola checked us in. Breakfast was adequate. The pancake machine was fun and easy to use! Very efficient room fridge. Larger than expected for a motel. Nice to see a washing machine & dryer on the property for a guest use at a nominal fee. Thank you for the tooth brush - we had not anticipated an overnight stay in the area so I needed one. Having both shuttered windows with an easy to pull curtain to block the late made for a darker better sleeping environment. Nice firm beds! Quiet in spite of the full motel:). Good outside lighting. Well lit property with security cameras

We had a good experience and I can’t think of any negatives.

The room was large and clean. The pillows and bed were comfortable. The parking was adequate. The staff were pleasant. The WIFI worked well. The location was easy to find. Our dog got to stay for free. This was a big plus in terms of value!

The air conditioner was showing its age. So, the room was a bit humid. The exterior of the hotel looks a little rough, but the room was great. The location was functional but not scenic. The hotel is sandwiched between two other hotels in a row. So, you are surrounded by asphalt, not much green around you.

The room was immaculate; the bed very comfortable. The mini frig. actually worked.., Freezer compartment kept my ice pack solid.

Reception desk staff require better training... As in how to acknowledge your presence with a sincere smile & appreciation for your business. Not just upon check-in, but upon check-out as well. After all, it is us customers, who ensure they have a paycheck. Breakfast area was spotless, but options very-very limited. Although, that was exactly as expected.

It was conveniently located to all major areas of interest.

This Red Roof in was in the center of two other hotels in an aging derelict area of town. This area was also inhabited by drug addicts and I’m fairly sure prostitutes most likely working within the hotels. I’m fairly sure I saw the same prostitute three times. Shady characters in and out of the parking lots all night most likely drug dealers or pimps pushing their wares.

I booked a queen bed and ended up with a king. Most people would probably consider that an upgrade. We think king size beds are too big. This room had a leather sleeper bed. Also we don’t have pets, BUT people love their fur babies. Red Roof Inn allows FOUR dogs under 80 lbs. Wow. The room and bathroom were extra large. The most amazing thing is how clean the hard-surfaced floors were. No grit at all for this barefoot gal!

Hard to get a parking place. (but we did come in late)

the only downside would be that there really isn’t a place for people to gather inside and play games if it’s raining and the pool is closed. when we tried to sit in the lobby where the tables were the front desk lady got upset because our group of 7&8 year old girls got to loud playing Uno… even though no one else was in there but us and her, so we ended up going to play outside in the rain and also ended up playing different games in the hallway, like red light green light. Thank goodness that other guest that were there. Understood that having a group of seven and eight year olds needing to burn off energy.

Our stay was good. Clean, friendly staff and comfortable room. Nothing fancy, but great value for the money. Nice that it offers a free breakfast. It is more of a quick breakfast, offering dry cereal, fruit, coffee, milk, juice, tea, toast, bagels, muffins and a pancake machine that makes silver dollar sized pancakes. This was our second stay here, both times it was good. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tupelo.

We booked a room for 3 people but only enough towels for 2 people. It was quick and easy to get that simple problem solved though.

We had an issue with our reservation saying it was canceled when we came to check in, but the ladies at the desk called support and made sure we had two rooms. Not sure what happened, but they were awesome and made it right! Breakfast was really good!

There was no outlets by the nightstand for phone charging. It didn't affect us too much because we were exhausted, but I know a lot of people like having their phones right next to them

that I booked a superior king with a pull out bed for my child and there was no sofa bed in the room so to accommodate I was reduced to a regular room with 2 queen beds with no discounts or anything to make up for them not updating their bookings to show that they don't have sofa beds in the rooms anymore.

First off the deck areas, the pet friendly areas, the amazing suites are great for the price, we stayed at another red roof inn we stayed in a small room for more than it was for a suite here!! There is also two tvs in the suites!!! We also liked the pool area and the smoking sections were really nice they were all over the property!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful!!

There is a huge pothole in front of the entrance and at the turn in spot off the highway that are awful and can very easily ruin your vehicle so be very careful!!
