The hotel have staff to prepare waffles in advance, this helps to keep the breakfast area flowing.

I was looking for cooked oatmeal, not instant oatmeal packets. The water wasn't hot enough to cook the oatmeal in a timely manner. Add some separate waffle irons that will make large size waffles. Around 9:00am, the ladies are looking from the back kitchen area, like they are ready for everyone to leave. By 9:30am , they closed the door close to the elevators. This makes me feel rushed and unwelcome. If the ladies presented a welcoming atmoshere towards the guest, that would be wonderful. There aren't enough parking spaces.

The room was very comfortable and the hotel was easy to find and get in and out of. My only comment would be that the front desk may need some more help. The sweet lady that roomed my daughter and I in and out (we had to leave early to due a family emergency) she waws running ragged trying to get items to other rooms. She always had a smile on her face and she was super polite.

Having to wait to check out since we had to leave on the fly. But like above the lady was super sweet she just had to run alot of items to other rooms for housekeeping which kept her from her station.

The breakfast was ok. It had plenty of choices, but the eggs were not that great The oatmeal was great, and the waffles appreciated the hot chocolate and Cocoa at night and the receptionist that we were there on Friday night was awesome. I didn’t catch her name, but she was really helpful and kind and friendly. Love the location and will definitely go back

The breakfast could be some improvement And pillows could be softer The rooms were very big, was not expecting a TV in front of the couch and one in front of the bed so that was awesome

The breakfast was good, but it did not have a nice selection nor did it compliment the price of the hotels nightly rate. And it closed down way too early for a vacation location. Staff rude when I asked for warm water to dissolve the instant oatmeal. Chaffing pans were empty-with no selections at all, and only egg selection was too spicy. No oatmeal fixed in a pot, had instant packets with lukewarm water. Milk container was empty and they didn't refill it when asked. No fresh fruit either.

pool hours need extended during vacation times to allow families to enjoy the amusement parks and swim at night after a late dinner.

The property was conveniently located, the staff was very polite and accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable I had no complaints with my entire stay in addition to that the parking lot layout was well lit with a security truck nearby. Staying here with such a great stay meant a lot due to being in town for a funeral, but will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in town.

It was clean and very quiet in my room. I was there because I was transitioning to move into my new apartment which was close.m, but I'd chose staying here again if I wanted to enjoy being in a hotel.

I wish the tv remote could allow me to go to the inputs menu so I could've used my Playstation or Firestick. It doesn't allow you to switch to find a source so that was a bummer...

Breakfast was OK, but if you didn't get there early, they didn't replenish the food, so if they were out of eggs, you didn't get any. When asking the staff if they were going to bring more out, we were told, no -

We will stay there again if we visit our grandson on the base. Nice accommodations, only we will ask for a room on the backside due to the traffic noise was a bit much from the road in the front.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I am in the area often for work, and I've stayed in nearly every hotel on the west side of SA. This is my favorite and the one I will continue to book at. For me, the most important thing in a hotel is quietness and a good white noise fan. The other hotels in the area have kids screaming, doors slamming, thin walls, with disruptive noises going on well into midnight and starting again at 5am. I have never had that issue here! I get great sleep for work and I couldn't ask for anything more.

I wish breakfast had more fruit (bananas)

The hotel was super clean smelled nice the room was really clean the location was great next to bubba's next to the gas station a mile from Walmart.. in a nice secluded area. I loved it from the moment when I pulled up security guard outside from night to morning.
