the room is big , we are family of 4 person , 2 adults and 2 kids , the hotel offers free crib , which is good point, the staff was helpful . the location is good, like 15 minutes from Sea World San Antonio.

The bathroom is so small , it can be bigger there is electric power outlet was not working., but there are many of them so no problem the breakfast is normal , my concern that only one waffle maker for all guests , it take like 30 min to do my waffles.

The breakfast offers a complete meal for begin the day with. Including fruits.Always on time and the quantity wasn't limited.The receptionist are very calm, always smiling and very welcoming. It's a perfect position between the San Antonio airport and the AFB lackland. Also fast food restaurant are just feet away. With a quick access to the highway. Someone might think the fire fighters nearby my disrupt the sleep, well no. The area Is calm and the free parking is just perfect. With the sun and heat in San Antonio, the AC was always on point in the room. keeping a perfect temperature. And the rooms were cleaned daily.

A smoking neighbor was outside doing his things at the corridor and the smoke has to hit me once I opened my door going out. And at time I felt like if the AC took a little part of the smoke and injected in my room😄

The room was surprisingly big and clean. The bed was neatly made and comfortable. I liked how they used the Dove brand for their soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room also has a TV set, safe, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, ironing board and a hairdryer. There was also a decent complimentary continental breakfast. As for location, it is centrally located and within walking distance to a McDonalds. There was free parking too.

What I didn't like was how this property looks like from the outside. But because it was an acquired property by Wyndham and went by a different name years ago, I guess there's not much that can be done on the exterior so do not be deceived by how it looks from the outside because I'm very impressed with this property.

The staff was helpful. friendly and accommodating. There had been an issue with the cleanliness and squeaking hinges on the restroom door. Once informed the front desk they were prompt to rectify the situation.

You could hear everything going on in the rooms next door and above. Also the breakfast was limited and had no meat option. It was the same thing throughout the whole week long stay. In addition the cleaning of the room was not complete, had to have them properly clean the room after on of the times the cleaning maid had already cleaned.

We did not get to use the free breakfast feature. The location was excellent. Not far from Sea World/Aquatica. I’m glad I picked Ramada by Wyndham because their personnel are very courteous and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable including the pillows! Bathroom was also very clean. The room I got was for 4 persons with 2 queen beds. The room was very spacious. The price was great not too expensive compared to others. Overall the hotel and the room were exceptional. I highly recommend them and will tell my family and friends about this great hotel and their services.

Maybe open the gate to get in and out because we went out to get something to eat at around 10:30pm and we had to go back in through the check-in area which was blocked with people checking in! Had to wait for a little while and we weren’t the only ones waiting. There were are cars waiting!

That it was super clean and so well organized better than some of the hotels that I’ve paid more and got less from. The staff were amazing and super friendly. Loved that they were open to accommodating us to the best of their abilities.

I did not find any problems with the hotel. Pricing, amenities and accommodation they provided were spectacular. I know there’s a firehouse and the fire trucks can be noisy so I would say if you’re a light sleeper you might not like it but, if you’re a heavy sleeper like me it won’t be a problem at all.

breakfast was good for price, personal was friendly, my daughter lost his doll at the breakfast and they took care of it whole day until we noticed. the room was very comfy and clean, i love they had dispensers for shampoo and body wash.

we need diet coke on the beverages machine :) , i think they had like a store in the lobby but did not ask, not a big deal anyway.

Upon arrival I noticed how clean the lobby and breakfast area is kept. Tammy greeted us and provided options of good places to eat. Once we settled in our 1st room we noticed the room was not cooling off after about an hour after getting into the room, please note it was 105 outside and air conditioner was blowing cold just not cooling the room. So I called the front desk and spoke with Tammy (sorry but I hope this is her name because she went above and beyond). Tammy apologized for the issue and advised she was going to check another room for us. I told Tammy there was no hurry and about 25 minutes later Tammy knocked on the door. Tammy advised she had another room for us and asked me to check out the room to be sure it met my satisfaction.The new room was nice and cold so we switched rooms. Tammy went above and beyond to be sure we (the customer) was satisfied and was very professional. Thank you Tammy for excellent customer service!! The complimentary breakfast was what I expected and satisfied the morning hunger, plus coffee.

The property is well kept and well lite at night. As for most areas these days there is usually another establishment close by that is not as well kept, offers cheaper rates due to the condition of the property, which draws illegal activity, undesirable guests to the area but there is not much Ramada can do but put up a wall to separate the properties and keep the trash on the not so “Super” 8 side of the wall.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. All of the employees we came in contact with were very nice and helpful. The beds were also very comfortable

My biggest complaint are the pillows ! They are way too small. Little square pillows that can barely fit your head. We had to go buy pillows to sleep and had to leave them since we couldn’t take them on the plane. And our tv. I called the front desk three times because our tv was set up for someone that was blind. All movies were being narrarared. When I called the front desk I was told twice they would have the tv switched out or have someone look at it, no one ever came. It was really annoying to watch tv unless it was a live show

It was a nice hotel for the money.. The breakfast could have been a little bit better.. But other than that everything was great.. Thank you.

The breakfast. Same old thing everyday.. They should have changed up a little bit... Maybe offer a different protein everyday than just the same old flat eggs. Or maybe offer two different kinds of protein?.. lots of carbs for breakfast.
