Loved the pool, hottub, firepits, lawn games area. Loved the free smores. Free coffee was nice, wish dairy free creamer option. The beds were comfy. Room clean and nicely decorated. Very responsive front desk and maintainence.

Housekeeping never gave us enough towels for 3 and stingy on TP. We nearly ran out twice. Pillows are awful, too thick and hard. Wish ice and water machines more numerous, closer to room. Wish assigned parking spots in front of room. Too often we had to park further away and I travel w my disabled adult daughter. Wish for larger menu at Billy's or Virginian to be open for dinner. Lack of low cost good food in the area crushed my vacation budget. Not having a microwave or toaster/convection oven in room or available anywhere on the property was frustrating. This is common most places I travel these days in lodgings at this price point.

Very nice hotel. Especially liked the amenities such as the garden with fire pits and pools. The room was decorated nicely and was very comfy (although some sound leaks through so you can hear a bit of noise from cars and neighbors). A good place to relax after adventures in the national parks. Convenient located to walk to the city center, rodeo, restaurants, and much more. Also lots of parking spots available. We had a rental car that we could park just outside our room. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week.

The shower were just a half glass door so the bathroom floor got soaked with water unfortunately.

The rooms were clean. The outdoor area was really nice with the pools, hot tubs, and the lawn for playing games like corn hole, plus the fire pits for hanging out at night and making smores. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast that we ate several times while there.

My only real complaint is that there was not storage in the rooms to put our clothes. I would love to have a dresser with big drawers. This came with only 4 tiny drawers that we used for socks and underwear. There was a space to hang up clothes but not enough hangers for 2 of us in our room. Also, the nightstands did not have drawers.

The rooms are amazingly decorated in a modern retro western vibe. They’re super spacious (we have always booked a junior suite) and they are always extremely clean. The building has amazing facilities; the hot tubs and pool are amazing, paved walking paths everywhere with outdoor lighting, and the saloon/bar is awesome! The summer concert series is awesome. Location is unbeatable - you’re right by grocery stores, Boot Barn (in case you need a last minute rodeo outfit) and you’re a super short drive to downtown Jackson hole shopping area and all the parks/recreation around the area. It’s an awesome place to stay and a phenomenal value.

The only thing we could think of is we wished there were coasters in the room to protect their furniture! :) Nothing bad to say about this awesome hotel.

Loved the courtyard! And all of the features, including the pool, fire pits, and outdoor games. The room was exceptionally clean and very well set-up. All staff were friendly, and we can't wait to be back at this lodge!

Check-in time was lengthy. We booked a room with two queen beds, but were not informed until we arrived that this type of room was not available for pets, and we were moved to a room with two full beds. We made this work by requesting a crib/pack n play for one of our toddlers, but it would have been nice to know on the front end, and I would have appreciated a reduction in price.

This hotel was perfect for our adventure girls trip. We booked the room with 4 sets of bunkbeds. Everyone had their own comfy bed plus there were 2 bathrooms in the spacious room. I can't believe I haven't stayed here before...sure beats cold camping. It's a perfect alternative to fighting for a camping spot inside the park. Stay here!! The amenities were so good as well. We enjoyed smores by the fire. Wished we had more time to enjoy a soak in the hot tub or the nice pools. They had a large outdoor area to relax in.

It rained really really hard but that's not the hotel's fault.

EVERYTHING! I can’t say enough good about this place. I can be critical of hotels and usually find something I don’t like. But I am in love with this place. Beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. We had the two bunk adventure camp. We had two teens, my husband and I and it was plenty of room. Nice heated pool and two hot tubs. Firepits are a nice touch—they give you s’mores kits for the firepits. The lobby has 24/7 coffee and water. We ate at Billy’s burgers which is attached to hotel. Excellent! In the morning there were a half dozen or so people keeping up the grounds and it shows. You can tell there is a lot of attention to detail and cleaning that goes into maintaining this place. I just love the vibe of this place— reminds me of 70s nostalgia but it is updated and modern.

Great place to stay. Fresh lemon water in lobby along with tea, hot chocolate and different types of coffee. They let us check in early and upgraded our room to surprise us. Western style room was very clean. Pool & hot tub open till 10 pm. Fires burning in many places outside to sit around at night and enjoy the night mountain view. Volleyball games were going on at several nets. There were outdoor games plus indoor games to use. Live band free on Saturday night. Close to a excellent restaurant Bubba's Bar B Q .Very reasonable. Their Huckleberry ice cream on extra large piece of Pecan Pie was amazingly good. Best Bar B Q we have had in many years traveling.

Mod 50’s furnishings! Pendleton blankets! The service was excellent from check in to the free ski shuttle to cleaning staff. I didn’t even expect daily room service since that seems to be the norm during Covid. We appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate service; they even had mulled wine one day that was delicious! The hot tub was hot and welcome after a hard day on the slopes.

They still have some kinks to iron out since the rooms are newly remodeled. Our door did not close so that one can just push their way in, but it was promptly repaired when we alerted the staff. Also, the fridge didn’t seem to be cold and there was no microwave. The forced HVAC was difficult to get comfortable; it was either too hot or cold and very loud.

Got a 2 bedroom/2 bath, which was wonderful, was able to pay for an upgrade before we showed up. Pool and hottubs were great heated with a cool view of the mountains.

We kept finding long black hair all over the room which was nasty. One of the rooms didn't have a door, apparently this is normal, some of the other suite don't have any doors, very very odd... No free breakfast, you would think this would be included with the expensive price. And this place was EXPENSIVE but that's the price you pay in Jackson
