We enjoy the swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the breakfasts are always excellent.

I didn't like having to remember to pay for parking every 24 hours. This was stressful as it meant either planning our day so we were back in time to pay, or paying twice within a 24 hour period if we knew we were going to be out somewhere for the day when it became due. I preferred the previous system where the hotel just added the relevant number of days' parking to my booking at the end of my stay. I have to be honest and say that this new system will be a consideration when booking again. I also think that £4.50 for 3 ordinary sized packets of Walkers crisps was tantamount to racketeering - one of the packs was actually part of a multipack so was even smaller than the other two.

We stayed at the Hilton over night for my birthday treat and also we had to go for our wedding food tasting evening to choose for our forthcoming wedding breakfast that's included in our wedding package . I just want to shout out the chef Adrian your food you made was amazing thankyou we were so happy with our choices. Overall the staff at the Hilton are very friendly and accommodating to our needs . Breakfast was really good too . See you in June 😊

The hotel was supposed to be doing some changes in the foyer and the rooms updating things I don't think this has been started yet

Everything was excellent. Corina at Reception was exceptionally helpful to us. We were offered a [free] upgrade to a ground floor superior room because we had our 8-month-old daughter with us.

Several photographs on line showed a white grand piano in the main lounge, which we remembered well from 15 years ago (this hotel hosted our Wedding Reception). Apparently it's recently been sold off. Disappointing.

Staff were welcoming & friendly. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Bar area seating good and well spaced. Room heater was very efficient. Bed was comfortable.

Entrance lobby/seating area was very cold. My room was not as clean as I would expect - I did report this to reception before I left. I felt breakfast was overpriced for small eaters like me - perhaps there should be a single plate option as on the menu. The coffee is far too expensive. There was no still bottled water available to buy on Wednesday and no alternative offered. I didn't expect to have to pay for parking.

Great for a stop off as just off the M1 , the kids loved the pool , which was much needed after long journey sitting in the car . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic, great selection and delicious.

The family room was clean but quite small, my son slept on a sofa bed that was quite uncomfortable but ok for one night I suppose.

Hotel better than expected, facilities amazing, staff really friendly. There was a huge variety for breakfast, which was delicious. Pool area really nice. I would definitely come back if I came to Leicester again.

Not necessarily a dislike, room was a great size, clean, comfy bed etc. But could maybe do with updating to the typical 'hilton standard' that you imagine it to have.

I asked for extra pillows and they hadn't been put in my room had to go back to reception to ask again The breakfast wasn't very nice cold meat and cheese looked very dry Hot breakfast tasteless The bed was huge but uncomfortable ended up with a bad back

Location, lots of space, pool, gym, sauna

It's a bit tired in places. Paying for parking I think is wrong for a hotel like this. Stayed here multiple times and one room had a flickering lights, another would have usb in the plugs and a newer style tv with casting facility but other rooms didn't

The room was nice but don't expect that everything is perfect in the room as quite few marks on carpet. But the reception area was lovely and big. We had dinner in the bar area and the pizza was a wow for me and my friend had burger. Breakfast was included in the prices and very nice breakfast. Car park is a extra charge, only blue badges holder is free but you must informed the reception on your arrival. The hotel itself was like a maze!!

The location is great just off the motorway. It was nice to relax in the wellness centre after a long drive. The room was very spacious and had tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The decor is rather tired and there was a small cleaning issue with the room. The room was stiflingly hot even with the electric fan but we were in a heatwave.It wouldn't put me off staying again.
