Exceptionally clean, great funky decor. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. Fab location for city centre. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains a bonus! Big showers great facilities in the room, including fridge. Hair dryer, iron, plenty of sockets. I do like this place very much.

Although there is a car park on site at the hotel, this is not advertised, we were there for check in on time and the car park was already full. We had to park st another location and get a taxi back to the hotel and taxi back to the car on check out.

The Hotel Brooklyn is often insane value for money, a genuine 4 star hotel, costing substantially less than £100 per night and often cheaper than both the IBIS and Premier Inn, i cannot believe the current pricing will last and therefore i am maximising the enjoyment whilst it does. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this a really good one and i just can't believe the value for money. Enjoy it while it last. It would still be good value and twice the price.

The bathroom is lovely overall, but the waterfall shower head is a very modern halo thing, like a dyson fan but water, however it doesnt acutally work very well, the hand unit is much better at getting you wet. But its a minor point really.

The hotel is located just across the Tiger Stadium. The bedroom is spacious and very comfortably warm. Beautifully furnished to elevate the retro industrial design. The bathroom is very clean and modern. We love the high quality body and hair shampoo (Apotheke). Very generous with the complementaries as well: nice packaging infused coffees, canned still water and Grandma Wild's yummy biscuits. Breakfast is generously full English and continental. The staff have been very nice and friendly. There's nothing that we didn't love about the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff and customer service were some of the best I've had. The breakfast offering was very good, however the dinner menu was limited and not particularly good. Another time I would probably get a cab to a restaurant rather than eat in. We didn't have any hot water on the Sunday morning which was unfortunate but the team offered to sort it out immediately. As we were due to checkout, we decided not to worry about it but asked the staff to ensure it was sorted out for the next customers to have that room.

Dinner offering could have been better. Less carbs and fat content would be good.

I didn’t like that I tried to book the parking before we traveled as instructed on the email. However when I called I was apparently told incorrect information about it being a first come first served allocation. We therefore had to park elsewhere. I was advised that you need to call the hotel directly and not the number provided in the email which is definitely not clear!!! We arrived at breakfast at a busy time and I would say that they struggled with the quality of breakfast available at this time. The food available was limited and because you had to wait for every section it was difficult to actually eat everything while it was warm.

It was clean and looks very nice. The Lair is beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing. The bar staff were nice in particular one gentleman who went into detail with the types of drinks as he was very knowledgable and made two very nice drinks. I will be back with friends on another occasion. I didn’t catch his name but he was working around 8pm on Saturday 2/11/24. The till service went down as well and he rectified the situation straight away. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was fast!

Its not too far from the city centre but its about a 15 minute walk. I need to book a hotel every week and this is the reason why I didnt book here before. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, thank you.

My go to hotel in Leicester, the rooms are spacious, clean and have a quirky decor including retro phones, design and picture. The bathroom is also a nice size with excellent shower and facilities. Every member of staff I have encountered have been friendly, welcoming and do everything possible to make your stay a pleasant one. I was able to get parking onsite by calling in advance to book, however the car park is limited so I advise you do the same and call a few days in advance to book.

Nothing to report, I like everything about this hotel and the general vibe and atmosphere is why I’ll always come back.

The staff in the bar & restaurant were excellent. Really friendly and welcoming.

The reception staff were much less engaging & I stood waiting whilst one appeared to be on their phone, apparently unconcerned that a colleague and myself were waiting to check in. On departure, again, only one person on the desks and dealing with one non-resident’s queries whilst I waited a prolonged period. No acknowledgement or apology for the delays. The room I stayed in had an accessible bathroom but the layout was inconvenient (location of shampoo etcetera was out of reach whilst in the shower with nowhere in the shower area to keep it off the floor) and would have been worse for someone with mobility issues. The food in the restaurant was passable but very overpriced for what was on offer. I will stay again but I’m unlikely to eat in the restaurant again.

It was an excellent hotel with a great room! Very modern with a quirky twist. 9.9/10 - a I would’ve given a 10/10 if they had smart tv with access to streaming apps. But other than that everything else was way better than we had expected! Rooms were very clean and perfect size. The bathroom was also very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was really close by, city centre was a 7 minute drive, and we found some great gems to eat in. If you’re looking for a hotel just to get away in I would recommend Hotel Brooklyn. We reserved parking for £20 for the night which was a great advantage. But you do need to reserve asap as there is limited space.

The TV worked and had all the free channels but I think a smart tv with the ability to watch streaming apps would’ve benefitted. But that’s just me being picky.

The hotel is modern, and the room was fresh and spacious . The staff is welcoming and helpfull, decent breakfast in the morning used to make our day. We appreciated the location as well - it was just the right place for us

The bed for two could have been a bit wider. Also, we were surprised that our room was cleaned only once during our 5 day stay. I expected room service to collect garbage more frequently at least. Pumps of the bottles with body wash and body lotion in the bathroom were broken and not replaced during our stay
