Great location right on the beach, not really walkable to anything though, but a really short bike ride to restaurants and surf beaches

May sound funny, but the ocean waves crashing were too loud. A thin metal, louvered windows transmitted sound like crazy. But I’d stay here again, staff was amazing and the beach area there is very walkable.

We loved the view from the porch, the beach view and relaxing environment! The restaurant was nice and quiet, friendly staff!!

I forgot to let the restaurant staff know that we couldn’t have salt in our food so it was kind of salty for our taste !

Quaint beautiful relaxing place to stay. Amazing views. Very clean. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Highly recommend.

The site was amazing beautifully views and comfortable facilities. the beaches are great ,literally 15 ft from the porch and crystal blue clear water with a natural cove that makes for a great waiding pool for kids. Very safe quiet and kid friendly...

There are only a few negatives to this spot 1st was for a touristy spot. There should be more people fluent in English at the check in office second insect control, yes I know we are in the troppics and the occasional spider or even roach is unavoidable but we had to kill 2 big spiders and chase a roach or 2 but if your from here thats part of the territory... also pool and restaurant facilities should be open later! And last beware of sea urchins in the shallow cove!!

I liked it was perfect for a family vacation. the room was spacious and the facilities clean. it was kid friendly had a little kids play ground where my babies played. we wanted to stay longer!

I didn’t like that the place of umbrellas for the beach was closed and only open for the days we didn’t stay at the villas. also the towels for the beach aren’t that easy to find.

Loved the concept. The location with so many beaches nearby and one in front of the property was perfect, and there are many restaurants nearby. It is the perfect place for a tropical getaway, just a few minutes away from the airport located in Aguadilla. Comfy and clean room. Will definitely return.

everything except in house restaurant

I stayed in this property one night. Everything was wonderful. However, I tried to make a reservation at the restaurant and they didn’t except it. But they did tell me that they did close at 7:30 and I wouldn’t have a problem if I made it by seven. When I went at 7 o’clock I was told the restaurant was closed because the chef didn’t want to cook anymore. I was very upset since I did not want to drive out of the facilities. I was not too happy however the place made it worthwhile. I tried to give my feedback but it was like no one listened.

The view , the location is wonderful ! it could have more alternative to eat and could include breakfast for the price . Also they need to have a better internet access it is so poor

We’ve been coming here for years and we continue to love it. The kids are older now and can truly enjoy it. The staff is great and the property is beautiful. There is great food nearby and so many beaches to explore

the units are adorable and the proximity to the beach is unparalleled.

the units are pretty primitive but that is part of the charm. felt more like a summer camp but the location to the beach is amazing
