Value, lobby area, location, breakfast, coffee machine, view from the top floor. Employees were nice.

Elevator is always stinky (smells like humidity inside the wood paneling), the room a/c is always on and has fixed temperature. It was freezing cold (uncomfortable) and had to call the lobby to arrive with an escalator to manually turn the temp up (lol). The employee was nice though. The ceiling had MOLD on the area closest to the a/c which was on all the time. It was also kinda noisy. The tv had horrible tv channels. The room could use a bit of decor, it felt very plain and boring (not in a nice minimalist way).

I liked the friendly staff and the beautiful path to go to the rooms. You transported me to an enchanted world. The shower was extraordinary with the aromatic soap. I really enjoyed my shower, after traveling the whole day from San Juan. Thanks. Keep the good work.

The beds need a comforter. It was kind of cold. A good soft comforted was needed. My TV didn't work, but it was more than fine with me.

eed to better breakfast eggs were cold and there was a gentleman serving the brekfast eggs not enough and hotel was full everything was cold room was leaking in the bathroom and room smell like milddew i called the front desk and been that they were full no rooms to move us so we ended up staying in the room the send some one to clean roo again but still leak in the ceiling and safe was also nor working

Lovely repurposing of a historic building in the center of town. Very friendly and proactive staff. Great location for exploring Mayaguez. Comfortable bed! Great eateries at walking distance!

Center of town means that we're were subject to Saturday night social activity in the center of town: car horns, car speakers, motorcycles at one point.

Thee location is great and the staff is friendly. The breakfast option is limited but good. The room AC did not have any remote and there was no window. Cranking up the AC will freeze you and turning it off will cut of air supply. Without remote or thermostat, you can’t control the AC which is almost on the ceiling! Rest everything was good ! Hope they fix it soon!

The breakfast was good as was the location.

The furniture in the rooms needs updating. Very strong wood smell. The noise from the street in the room we were assigned was sometimes annoying.

The location is excellent and the facilities are good. Having a warranty parking spot is priceless. Also, they clean the lobby area regularly.

There was some problems with the room. When we arrived we found an used towel in the bathroom and then we found clothes from a previous guest in a drawer. This raised a lot of question with regards to the cleanliness of the room. Also, non of the sanitizer dispensers in route to our room was working.

Appreciated the availability of filtered water. Friendly staff Can’t beat location to plaza and walking distance to couple of restaurants. Parking available

Rhe location was nice except for the late late night bar activities and the loud noise coming from the streets

Andrea, supervisor, and staff members when I checked in were extremely efficient in handling so much. I enjoyed how friendly and comfortable they made me feel when I arrived. The hotel was so booked that I ended up with a handicap room. It was truly amazing! I highly recommend that someone who uses a wheelchair stay here. It was truly set up for one with a wheelchair.

All was good. There was nothing to dislike!
