Good AC, very nice location (beach is 5 min walk, bars are close). Room is spacious, very big balcony. Nice big bed, shower is ok. I really liked that with AC room gets cold fast and it’s really nice with humidity and heat outside

Leaf blower at 5 am every single day was unbearable. There is a bar downstairs and even with noise from there we could sleep, but when a leaf blower turns on at 4:30-5am it’s just horrible. If they can, management should do something about it. Ruined sleep for sure. Also our room wasn’t cleaned once during 4 nights stay. Maybe we should have asked for it but we weren’t told we have to.

Loved location that allows one to step right out onto the Rincón plaza, restaurants and shops. Room was spacious. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Noice beds, crisp sheets; good AC. Have to take into consideration that being right in of town, it being an old structure, some noise is expected (see below --doors can be improved to lower noise. In any case, the noise was not constant or extremely bothersome.

Need better and bigger towels; need small/medium area rugs by/close to the beds. Better sound proof the rooms.

Location was in the heart of a very friendly town. On Thursdays a craft festival, and Saturdays a farmers market. The room is small and there is a sewer gas smell in the bathroom, which has an opened window and a plug in to try and musk the smell. This definitely needs to be addressed. The front desk girl in the evening is very nice and informative. I would stay again, just not in that room.

Que Chévere is right in the middle of all the activity with dozens upon dozens of eating, shopping, and dancing options just feet from the front door of the hotel. The room was very clean. We could borrow beach towels to visit nearby beaches. The beds were so comfortable. The room also has a separate dining area. We had plenty of room.

The hotel is fantastic. There is nothing not to like. Do know however, that it is situated near a hot spot in Rincon and that means there will be music and traffic into the wee hours. It was fun to walk to a dance party and art fest, but when you finally want to sleep it can be loud.

Over the top in cleanliness. They accommodated me with a more quiet room with balcony over the serene interior garden. Staff was very sweet. Tall ceilings so room felt bigger than it was. Had a hip vibe. Area in lobby to plug in, charge and work. Shared kitchen with microwave and dishes was nice so didn’t have to eat all meals out. Plenty of places to sit and hang out in lobby downstairs and 2nd floor. Right in center of town, walk everywhere. Beach 5 minutes away. Can’t beat it for price

No parking that I know of. We were lucky and got parking right out front on street.

The only downside was that I didn't enjoy the view from the room overlooking the garden. However, it didn't affect my overall stay.

Excellent location within the bustling plaza area of Rincon. Crazy beautiful beach a block or so away from the hotel. Plenty of places to eat and get coffee. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious with a big balcony also.

The area is a bit loud

heart of Rincon and the rooms were very clean and very modern but minimalistic. The night life is what adds to this location, and with the balcony we had it was if you never missed a moment. location is prime with bars and restaurants within steps of the hotel front doors. Try the coffee and breakfast at cafe 413 was absolutely amazing.

The location is in the center of town, so it was close to many places and easily walked. The manager had someone stay at the desk until we could get there which was really nice of him. He was also very amiable and friendly, ready to help and answer questions. The room was clean, a good size, the shower had great hot water, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and was definitely cold. You could hear the roosters crowing in the morning, but I think that happens everywhere in Puerto Rico, even in the middle of San Juan condominiums! We were there at the beginning of the week and left before the weekend, so we missed all the happenings on the plaza, so we don't know about the noise level then. We enjoyed our stay there, and Rincon was a great little town to visit. You could walk to the beach, and several good restaurants were also close by.

The lighting in the room was dim as the overhead light wasn't working. We weren't there that long though, and there was a small lamp by the bed.
