Although, I had a short layover, the hotel is heavenly good, lovely beds, pillows and linens, great amenities, staff very attentive and helpful. I had an early morning flight and nicely got my breakfast done to be taken away or served in the room by 5 am. Hats off !!!! Thanks and I definitely be back here!!!

It sounds cliche, but it is comforting to know what will yout experience will be at a Holiday Inn ... it is consistentni and a good experience. The front desk staff were fabulous and efficient. The room was spotless and the air conditioning was fantastic (really needed). The bed was great ... neither too soft nor too firm. They had 2 types of pillows. Good bath products in a shower big enough for 2 with both a hand held shower and a rain shower. Large bottles of water, a water kettle and the needed goodies to make a cup of tea or coffee. They were able to accommodate our late check out request because of an evening flight.

Great room design. All the switches’ purpose were well thought of. Dim light in bathroom was a nice touch. AC ran quite. HDMI port for the TV was externally accessible from the wall. Room was clean

Did not allow self parking. Had to rely on valet. Even though it was free service, did not want to depend on time consuming process. Ended up parking outside most times

Hotel location is great .. you have an easy access to the main road .. staff is friendly.. check in process took us few minutes .. the room is super great and comfy .. room service is awesome my order arrived with 7 minutes only!

The bathroom wasn’t clean enough [ the sink was full of shaved hair & scale as well ] .. Breakfast wasn’t included in my reservation which I think it would be better to be included

The staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was top drawer- lots of choice and delicious food. Eggs as you desired. Plenty of drinks too. The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting all the landmarks of Doha. The room was spacious and the bed was superb.

Although pick-up from airport was confirmed by the hotel, it did not take place. I had to take a Taxi and the reaction of the reception staff to my complain upon arrival in the hotel was completely unfriendly. Breakfast only average.

We are comfortable with the services and cleanliness. Staffs are good and helpful. It's our 2nd time to visit Qatar and we choose the same hotel again (Holiday Inn).

We came back cause on previous stay we were welcomed and get so much warm feelings. This time unfortunately we face a bit different environment even girl and other guy seemed new . Anyways 10/10 cause of Mr.Kevin from Front Desk. We came back cause of him and we are going to come back. He is super puper professional ! Yes, for sure hotel is clean and housekeeping guys are so good and helpful. Pleasant stay and thank you for help with our lost items.
