Location was great. Staff all friendly and helpful. I read not-so-positive comments here but I do not see them. Yes the room was on the small side but it had everything you would need: bed, shower, phone, TV, water boiler, mirror, phone, towels, linen, blowdryer, etc, so it was all good.

Shower head was a little wonky but still workable.

I love this little hotel! I stayed in it 6 years ago and it was the first one to book again for my stay this year. The room is small and without windows but extremely functional and cosy. The bed is comfortable and the location in the center of the city is the best! The room was also extremely well equipped for a small hotel.

During my stay there was a lot of notice late at the night from neighbours who were listening to music and talking. It was very complicated to sleep, especially with a jet lag

The bed was soft and, the washroom was fairly big and clean. It was helpful to have an electric kettle in the room and a hairdryer. I came and went according to my convenience and the room cleaning did their job without causing any disturbance. The locality was very pleasant and the fact that it was opposite to Clarke Quey Central made it very ideal for me to travel conveniently. The staff always helped me with directions and other information which is also appreciable.

Maybe a small microwave would be helpful. People can warm instant foods.

The comfortable bed, the lovely shower and the thick fluffy towels were fantastic. Staff were really lovely and extremely helpful as well and went above and beyond lending me an adaptor so I could recharge my phone and moved to another before I even realised there was a problem with the air conditioning in the room I was I initially given.

I got stuck in the lift at 6am in the morning (the door would not open) and was unable to raise any help as no one responded to the alarm. fortunately I was able to get the lift back up and get my bags and myself over the top edge. The fact that all reception staff is at Clover 5 next door and the reception at Clover 7 is unmanned made this quite scary and for a while I thought I was going to miss my flight.

Have all basic needs except the room is a bit small. Hardly any walking space. Good daily house keeping and changing towels daily and replenishing coffee, fresh water, tooth brush. Location is fantastic. Near Chinatown, mrt and many places of interests.

Don't like the basin is on top of the limited table space. When u wash your face ,water splash out on the floor. Should be in the bathroom. Also the little table is so small, no space to put a laptop. Do a extension table that can be hidden when nor in use. Discounts should be given for long stays.

Rating is based on perfect location. Best pricing in the area. Directly opposite 24/7 laundromat. Even though the room is tiny, I knew what I was in for based on other reviews, so I can't complain!

No hot water, only luke warm. Can hear conversations of people in next room. No room to open a suitcase, only on the bed. Nowhere to put clothes. No shower screen, water goes everywhere.

Great location. Good services. They brought me iron when I asked. Quiet old stuff. On picture looks better and newer, bigger.

Very Loud air condition that cannot be set to quiet mode also doesn’t stop on temperature hit, but keeps freezing all night! Quiet small room, hard to imagine two people there.

Great location, value for money, perfectly clean. Singapore in general lacks space and all rooms you'll find are tiny, but this one was equiped with everything and I'm more than happy with this choice. The staff is also very polite and accommodative to any requests. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're in budget.

- TV basically has 3 channels only. They just keep repeating after a few. The rest just doesn't work at all - WIFI bandwith certainly very tight, it is just way too slow all the time - Shower head has probably not been inspected for ages, it is tearing apart like cheap plastic

Small but cozy, every day cleaning and new toiletries. The staff were nice and let me leave my luggage after my check out. Close to 2 subway stations. TV is plus to get you entertained in such a closed environment.

Expensive for such a small room but it is what you get in Singapore unfortunately.
