Great location.. 30min walk Garden of the Bay, 10-15min walk to Chinatown and you can see Marina Bay sand located right across the hotel. Beds were comfortable - I shared a double bed with my sister and it was spacious, only negative is if you’re tall you will find your feet hanging off the edge of the bed. As we were in the mixed room on the 3rd floor we accessed the facilities on the 3rd floor. There are 3 washroom and 3 shower stalls - but 1 stall is both washroom and shower. Consistent water pressure and always had hot/warm water when showering. Shortage is located at the bottom of the beds and can only be unlocked with your unique key that also doubles as your entry key into the building. Storage comfortable fits two carry ons or one large suitcase but I don’t think it’s big enough for two large checked bags. If you arrive early they allow you to leave your baggage at reception while you explore the city and wait for check in (3pm) or if you have a later flight and wish to go out and explore/eat before heading to the airport you can also leave your luggage at check in. Another thing to note, curtains used to enclose your unit cuts the flow of air conditioning going in so you have to leave it slightly open (not fully closed) if you want the AC to reach you.

I personally would have liked of the washroom/shower stalls were a little more spacious - one of the nights we stayed there only 1 shower stall lights was working. There also isn’t good ventilation when shower.

close to a minimarket and fast-food outlets, very good location by the river. Bed, pillow and linen very comfy. Aircon cold. hot shower sufficient there is a common kitchen and refrigerator. Water dispenser also available. staff was helpful in fulfilling my request after reservation was made.

No lift, and no place to park bike for bikers.

Great location for exploring Singapore. Beds are comfortable and private. Loads of room in the under bed lockers. Air con means the room is always cool. Small kitchen area and fridge to store food. Bathrooms clean. Lots of plug sockets in the capsules.

No sanitary bins in the toilets. Also no breakfast anymore even though this is advertised in the pictures and one of the reasons we booked this place. Kitchen lacks equipment (we had to eat cereal in mugs as there are no bowls).

The place was convenient, everything as stated on the website. The cleaner was very friendly and supportive.

I did self check, my capsule wasn't clean, the beddings were very dirty, and my safe/ locker was dirty with left stuff by the previous guest, I think. However, it was sorted the following day, and all went well.

Great location. The bed/room is quite big. There is locker/luggage storage under the bed. There is bidet in the toilet. The hostel is quite clean.

It would be better if towel is provided for free. Luckily I brought my own towel.

We slept in a 6-people room with no windows and everything was damp.

1. Clean room and shared bathroom facilities, which are maintained as staff regularly clean them and travellers adhere to the rules. 2. Mindful travellers - everyone I encountered was mindful of their surroundings and very friendly. 3. Air-conditioned and periodic ventilation of the room; air-conditioning turned off and fan turned on to ensure room remained moisture free. 4. Card activated / locking locker

1. Would've been more enjoyable if there was more communal space. 2. The stairs - however, this was a non issue for me; moreso making other travellers aware in case they have lots of luggage. 3. Lockers - if on the lower bunk and your upper bunk roomie opens the lockers, you will hear them. Again, I didn't mind.

Modern style of capsules (with all necessities by the hand), sitting/kitchen area (with great bay view), water dispenser and complementary tee/coffee for free 24/7, large fridge, etc. Great central location easily accessible by public transport. Great staff, helpful and kind!

The bathrooms were ok (shared but clean) but need to be upgraded. Also, as with every hostel and sharing facility, satisfaction depends of who you share your room with. We had nasty neighbours in capsule across from ours that were loud. But, this is not a problem with a property but guests 😉 So the rating stays great!

Location was superb! It has a view of the Marina Bay (partial). Bed was comfy. I stayed in the ladies' room and it was clean - even the bathroom. Clothes Iron, microwave, instant coffee, hot and cold water, hair dryer were all available so it made my trip all the more convenient and comfortable.

Response in email, phone (I tried calling them but the number listed here isn't available so I called their sports capsule branch), social media, or here on booking.com could be more prompt. I was on a plane to Singapore with several other guests in the same hostel and they didn't receive an email for late check-in as I did so I just shared the instructions with them. If I didn't send countless messages, they may not have sent the instructions to me too.

Room was lovely and clean. Common area and bathroom was also very clean. While the street below is busy, you can't hear any of it from inside the rooms. Felt very safe and secure. Blind on the bed made it feel very private which was nice. Free tea and coffee was a nice touch. Good location, just a few minutes walk from Raffles MRT.

My towel was taken from my room and left soaking wet in the laundry basket. I didn't ask for it to be washed and had to go find it late at night. The desk is not 24 hours so any issues at night cannot be resolved. The understorage locker for bags wasn't working one night so I had to spend the night without anything I had locked away. Kitchen facilities are very basic, no oven or hob.
