The room is extremely clean and comfortable - only minus is that it lacks a window which however is very common in Singapore so can’t really hold the hotel at fault. Location is grand and very easy to access from around the city.

I had the misfortune of having EXTREMELY noisy neighbours the first night - banging doors and shouting at 4 am, around 6-7 ppl in a tiny room. They would stop after I asked them to keep it quiet for a bit and then keep going after 15 min or so. I was unlucky with the specific neighbours but overall it was a little to do with poor soundproofing and very loudly closing doors too.

the check in. I couldn’t do it until I got there. my first name was my last name checkin. so it wouldn’t work. way way too many hoops to jump for check in. it took me half an hour. not acceptable

The bed was super comfortable, location was close to train station, kitchen had what you needed and they offered complementary water which was nice for those hot days.

Staff was rude, restrooms and showers needed to be cleaned a lot more than they were. Rooms were tiny.

The accomodation was on a nice and not to busy street. The facilities are good and complete. The room is very compact, so a bit difficult if you have two suitcases. But the set-up was nicely done.

The staff starts at 7.30 in the morning and are very loud in the hallway, with talking and music. The facility-closet was next to our room, so we heard them putting stuff in there and closing that door very loud. Also our AC was making a lot of noise while it was on.

The staff was very helpful with helping us navigate the online check in :))

Walls were a little thin, so we could hear our neighbours.

price was too high but I believe the reason was F1 during some of those days

Location is great because the property is near to MRT exit A and other The facilities are worth the price except the right one washer is likely error (the amount on display was not decreasing) but the coins are not returned. Well I used the left one and it worked.

High humidity.. at least for the short stay is still ok for us. I still want to book someday for the room with window. Also no bidet but we already brought our mobile-bidet 😊

All was great and we had a pleasant stay here. Like in the Pictures and it was very easy to Navigate the Check in. The Room was cozy and just what i expected from the Pictures. bathrooms and Showers are New.

Bad isolation so you can hear Next door Neighbours. Bathrooms are clean but Tiny Tiny. Guess the Price is normal for Singapore but more on the Expensive side for Travelers.

I loved the cabin room I had during this stay! Loved the loft-style layout, everything was clean, and bed was comfy. The staff were super responsive and friendly. And the place is in an excellent location next to the MRT and lots of eateries.

The only issue was that the aircon wasn’t cold enough even when set to the coldest setting. (Also: last time I stayed in a windowless, shared bathroom-type room here, and the room was really damp and thus uncomfortable.)
