Very convenient to travel anywhere. Mins away from MRT & Bus stops. Easy to get food around the property. Kudos to Shabana’s team for doing an awesome job, providing an awesome hospitality experience for me and my partner for the longest stayed we ever had and we will always choose this property over others. Shabana , Gordon, Shasheed , Harzley and one of the female associate (Malay), sorry i didn’t catch your name. Thank you for the hospitality given, appreciate it much. I will be back soon for my monthly stay if there’s any availability and properly arrange for me to avoid any misunderstanding among words against words.

I’m not a person who will leave negative feedback but when I start to drop one, mean something really annoys me. Housekeeping team really need to buck up and do better. I believe housekeeping team can be improved,like one of the old female housekeeper in the past, who always clean every room on point. One of the service staff which really annoys me is Thillai, always with his phone and not paying attention to guests needs and sometimes I have to repeat several time in order for him to acknowledge my request and several time caught him “forcing” several guests to leave him a review upon checking in which honestly is not good.

the location was near to MRT, easy access to part of the town. the facilities in the room was quite okay, nothing much to expect because I spend a lot at the outside.

i was shocked with the space in the room, quite small and narrow. so when it comes to the comparison between the space room and money you spent here, less worth it. it’s singapore after all and the living cost here quite expensive, so you can’t assume to have cheaper price hotel in the middle of the city. overall it was amazing moment to be here in singapore.

Location - I don't think they come any better. Plenty of places to hv an excellent meal w/o tearing yr pocket! Nightlife & shopping also a stone throw away & stretches on till as far as u can walk! Friendly & helpful staff. Most importantly, my stay this time can qualify as service recovery for the books! 1stly, for a few more $, the loft suite is much better than the loft rooms in terms of size, condition as well as layout & worth it in my humble opinion. Gone were all the toilet issues i experienced & rant about in my earlier reviews. Yes, i mean all! I also didn't encounter any issues with the TV. Able to watch Netflix, YouTube & listen to Spotify using my acc & logging in/out was a breeze. Local TV channels were clear & stable whether watching through tuned TV or MeWatch. Finally, both the door lock & the security door latch worked fine. That's basically like zero recurring issues i wrote about previously & that deserves the 'Great Job', 'Well Done' & 'Keep It Up' stamp all in 1 go! Before I end, let me add that I received a letter from the hotel's management informing me that they took note of the issues I highlighted previously & bear regret for the experience i had whilst constantly working towards ensuring that none of it will happen again. In this age, the fact that the management replied, acted to say what needs to be done & kept their word by doing the whole 9 yards is seriously in short supply & highly commendable.

This time there wasn't anything or issues that I didn't like. However, there's something that if it was done, it would be icing to the cake. I noticed that paint was popping off the walls in both the rooms i stayed & if they were given a new coat of paint, the feel & condition of the room would drastically improve.

No roaches this time! Wished we could get a higher level thought as my room was directly by the back entrance so couldn’t sleep well but other than that.. LOVED IT.

Just the patio table & seats will be great if there’s a shade or summer umbrella :)

I love the outlook of the room. Especially the stairs.

Th switch to on the lights were not convenient at all. I hv to go upstairs to switch on everything downstairs. Quite troublesome. There was no hangers in the wardrobe. Would suggest they put in hangers . And also, packet coffee as there was only tea. Would appreciate if the toilet have handles to hang towels. As there wasnt any. Would appreciate if there would be bathrobe, and other facilities available as i had a great stay. Hope you take my suggestions into consideration.

Location next to MRT station

i have to call the receptionist to the front desk. What if tourist still unable to get local sim card or unable to make any call? They have to wait a long time. Could there be at least a buzzer or bell?

Location very close to Rochor MRT Cossy swimming pool area

During our stay, there are construction on the property. Thus, some noise in the morning. Slow drainage when we take showers, have to stop and wait a few time to prevent the bathroom from flooding.

I like the most on second floor. Outside table near to swimming pool. Which is good to use for multiple purpose. With a fresh air. We can drink too there with grop of people. Nice ambience with good vibes.

We can say room size. For two people size was small otherwise all things was up to date, and well managed.

The location is superb near to MRT and Tekka and also the staff is fabulous, resolved my room missing mirror in a giffy. No issues checking in at 5.30am as they had a 24hr front desk.

The hotel just finished refurbished. They might have left out installing a mirror in the room that i was assigned. But all is good , the staff manage to get someone to fixed a mirror in the room On the other hand the pillow is a little soft. But the bed is just nice comfy.
