We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Singapore and found the location to be incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The front office and all staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their hospitality was a real highlight.

However, the dining experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, the chef’s attitude was poor, and the food quality and taste were far below expectations. This was the only downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Honestly Hotel Location is very nice, Close to 2 major MRT. Reaching all the Point is super dam comfortable from here (Metro as well as Bus) Indian food easily available. Mustafa market is very close (walkable) so over all good

They don't server food in the hotel. So some one has to go down but if we request them they allow as a special case. But yes it's nice in taste. Beds are not so comfortable. Rooms are pretty small but okie...

Hotel is very convenient. Few minutes walk to the train station. A lot of restaurants around the area but mostly Indian cuisine. Staff are very nice, and helpful especially jaspreet. They have accommodated all our concerns.

Cleanliness of the room can still be improved. And I hope they have an option if you want your room cleaned or not. Also I hope they close the room after they are done cleaning it to ensure our luggage is 100% safe. Other than that our stay was great.

This is the perfect hotel if your goal is to explore Singapore. Their rates are very affordable specially if you're traveling on a budget. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were amazing and easy to deal with. Also, the hotel is only a minute walk away from the MRT station and the nearest restaurants are just across the street. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

location is good, it is near MRT and Little India, there are many Indians around this place. They clean the room everyday so after our Tour we are feeling more comfortable to rest. they lend us a universal socket.

it is not spacious. if you do have many luggages this is not recommended. there is only one socket to plug in and charge gadgets. on the last night, they want us to return to hotel at early night so they can give us the refunded deposit as we checkout at 5am. so we don’t have much time on our own on the last night.

Very near to mall, shops, restaurants, and mrt. Room is bigger compared to other hotels of the same price. Would recommend this place. The ambiance is good, had a better sleep. Will definitely staying here again for sure as I am a frequent traveller.

They should replace their towels to a new one. The bed sheets also are stained. Also, there is a light switch on the header that is annoying, small move and your head pressed it, light will turn on.

Pritish from the reception is super helpful and friendly. He made sure that our needs are met even if its late already. He communicates efficiently and on time. He gave recommendation where to eat. He also made sure we are provided good breakfast. Thank you so much for the help!

The staffs (Rohit and Jasmine) were superb in dealing with customers. They were quick to response to customers unhappiness and provided a better/comfortable stay related to rooms/bed.

Outdoor a bit noisy since its a main road.

Near amenities and convenience. And staff are friendly. First I had book a queen bed in the system and to my surprising they gave us single 2 beded. We told them we want to change the room as this is not we book . Staff immediately change the room to a queen beded.we appreciate for your service
