Greatest Hotel ever! Particular design with the biggest rooms that I’ve seen in a hotel. Great SPA for a well deserved relaxation. Breakfast covers all tastes and they go above and beyond to please everyone. The Staff is the extra touch. They are all great. You just need to ask them whatever, and they will try EVERYTHING to meet your request. Keep going! Faith in Romanian tourism is restored after this is experience!

Every little detail about the place is well suited for a comfy and relaxing stay. The room was spacious, the amenities were great and the staff was very friendly and to the point. The breakfast was very varied with a lot of very tasty treats such as: guacamole, hard cheese with caraway, quinoa green salad, several types of local cheese, jam packed pastries, choco cream, very good quality honey etc. Every morsal of food was above average quality. I highly recommend it. All in all, I had a really good time at this hotel. I am willing to bet you'll have a great one as well!

The bed was very soft. Very soft! I sleep terribly in such beds. Fortunately, another testament that this hotel goes above and beyond is that we informed the reception about this, and they immediately offered to change our mattress to a harder one AND they offered us different pillows (hard/soft etc). We had a good night's sleep after that! This hotel is well worth it!

This hotel truly deserves 5 stars! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a delightful selection of fresh and tasty options. The spa (which we paid extra for) was an absolute treat, with a wide array of amenities. Our room was impeccably clean, though the bed was perhaps a bit too soft for my liking (my husband loved it!). The sheets were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The only minor drawback is its proximity to the train station, which resulted in some train noise one evening. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. In order to arrive to the center of Brasov we took an Uber for a distance of 8-9 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning. It was a well-deserved indulgence.

I can say from the start that the hotel rises to the standard of a 5-star hotel without any problems. Right from the entrance, we were greeted kindly by the reception staff, the room is very large, very clean, very modernly furnished and equipped. The bed is huge and very comfortable. In the evening we were surprised to find in the room a thermos with hot tea and some cakes provided by the hotel. The breakfast was very varied and tasty, with very good quality products. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who arrives in Brasov and wants to spend a few unforgettable nights there.

We stayed at the Kronwell hotel for 5 nights while we came to a festival in Rasnov and we couldn't recommend it enough! The hotel facilities and staff is just top notch!! Lets start from the basics: The room is big and spacious, the bed was so comfortable, bathroom is perfect and all the room amenities were great. The breakfast was delicious and versatile including healthy options but also sweets and baked good. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was great! The hotel also offers an option for a pool and a spa, which was fun, clean, and a nice break during a hot day. We also used their transportation option every night and it was always on time and comfortable. But what really made a difference is the amazing staff at the hotel, we had a medical emergency during our stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us, and they checked on us daily and made sure we are ok and sent us tea and sweets to the room which warmed our hearts ❤️ Thank you Kronwell hotel, you made our stay in Brasov so much better and we are so glad we chose to stay here!

the only small down side is the Hotel location, its great to be a minute from the main train station, but its about 6-7 mins drive to the city center

Very friendly staff being ready to help at any time; very good breakfast with a good variety of food.

The shower area requires attention at least in the room we stayed the slope of the floor needs to be adjusted such that the water flows towards the drainage and not vice versa; extra bad in the room seems a bit expensive; the light switches are a bit tricky until you figure it out and also lights are not very powerful; the light above the sink is unsymmetrical placed- it should have been placed either in the middle or 2 pcs should have been used.

We had a great stay for two nights, from the parking to the room spa and the next day's breakfast, everything was spot on. The room was great, true to god zero light blinds, luxurious. The breakfast was top notch, great selection, very good ingredients, creative small dishes. We don't have enough words about the spa as well, everything was spot on. I couldn't believe the hotel has only 4 stars, we've been in soo many hotels that didn't have even a third of what Kronwell's got going for it and they had 4 and 5 stars.

This doesn't affect my review at all, but the smallest of nitpicks would be: - no incline in the awesome shower, water would remain after we'd use it - ac set to very cold, and it seemed to reset every time we left the room No real complaints, to be honest.

This hotel felt so good we skipped half a day of ski just to stay until checkout time. It's clean, with a big soft comfortable bed, big room and loved the glass shower. The design of the room is very tasteful, with attention to details. There are sliding doors that can cover the glass shower, the trash, toilet paper and other items are hidden from the view in the walls. The breakfast was also very good, with quality ingredients. And the waiters were always ready to help you. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Bring pool slippers with you if you're planning of using the spa, as they can only provide hotel-type single-use, which are not suitable for wet environments.

Nitpicking: One side of the bed was squeaking a bit too loud during "casual activities" and the water didn't drain fast enough in the shower, making you stay in a small puddle while showering. And the train sound might wake you up in the morning. Careful when entering/exiting from the underground parking lot if your ground clearance is 13 cm or lower. None of these were serious issues for us and we will come back.

The room is somewhat sci-fi. There are many little buttons that open various compartments with things you need. It is very modern. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. Well thought out in terms of the layout. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Breakfast was fine dining i would say and it was delicious. Free parking. We had an issue with the window not closing but after we called reception someone soon came up to help resolve it. Right next to the train station and bus stations.

The hotel is amazing but the price point is too high.

Lovely room and fantastic comfortable bed. Excellent meal in restaurant although a little pricey. There isn’t really anything around locally, quite a way from the old town and all the cafes and restaurants. Good location from the station as literally just over the road which was why we chose it. Very quiet. Spa was great, there is a €12 euro charge, although this is converted to Romanian Lei so it does work out at a bit more than €12, well worth it though for a relaxing afternoon.

We wanted a light lunch but there was nothing on offer other than the restaurant which had the same menu as the evening. Would have liked the option of a sandwich or lighter bite. There also is nothing around the hotel so would need a taxi or a long walk to a cafe or restaurant.
