out door swimming pool, excellent breakfast, excellent reception with cookies and wine / champagne

hammam was out of order, sauna temperature was too low for me, small jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool, no mini bar in the apartment

Clean, very nice location, spaceous rooms.

Not so nice personnel, the pool is in a separate building from the accomodation, we used the robes from our room at the pool so they were damp therefore we kindly asked at the reception to receive clean dry ones and it was told to us that we have to stay with these ones till the next day when the cleaning lady comes to our room and this isn’t such a big problem but when you pay 100E / night of accomodation you have some expectations.

Very nice breakfast; one of the best I've had while travelling. Nice design of the facilities, the room, the pool was fine. It was nice that the putside pool was also working in winter and you get a bit of a view. The pool staff were very professional, always wiping the floors and cleaning up after people. The restaurant also looked great, they had an artist play the cello at breakfast and a singer give a live representation at dinner.

Well, there were some dirty spots in the room. The corners of the bathroom were dirty, there was a weird big spot on the shower wall that wasn't cleaned. The shower was kinda' rusty, the toilet seat was old and the paint was peeling off. The bed sheets were nice clean, but the bed in itself was dusty. It wad a bit weird, because everything seemed good quality, but just poorly maintained.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast area with live music(absolutely love the idea and the performer was fabulous)underground parking, elevator. Very spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, one of the bathrooms is as big as a bedroom, spacious dining area, living room and balcony with a beautiful view. It is family friendly and safe. Very quiet location, no other properties around except for these apartment buildings (which are owned by private owners). It feels completely different from the other local houses to rent!

If you arrived too late for breakfast (buffet) the food was gone or bad, especially on weekends. During the week it was great. Some parking spots belong to the private owners or other apartments to rent (parking spaces are marked), so if you go during the weekend you might struggle finding a spot or calling front desk to assist (they were very helpful!) Outdoor pool area is small and during the weekend it was packed.

We just had a fantastic stay. The highlight for me was definitely the rooftop pool (which has warm water)! We booked a standard room, but got upgraded to a full-on apartment! It was incredibly spacious and clean, perfect for unwinding after the trip. The whole place had a really cozy feel, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you're looking for a mountain escape with stunning views and amazing service, this place is a hidden gem!

The spa was a bit smaller than it seems on the pictures, but it wasn't crowded, so it was ok.

The nature where the hotel located is one of a kind. The room, towels, bed sheets are so clean with wonderful smell, the breakfast has a large tastey variety, staff are youth and helpful, spa is nice and the outdoor hot water pool was great specially that it's open till 11 pm One more thing the occupancy was low as its not the season there and the reception upgraded our appartment to a largely spacious one with an amazing forest view

It is the best location in the area for a chill weekend where you can charge your bateries if needed, enjoy a great meal at their restaurant or take short trips to the major attractions. They make sure you have everything you need during your stay and attend to your special requests in record time. We had many reasons to celebrate that weekend and we could not find a more perfect place for us. Became regulars because of the amazing view, attention to detail from the members of the staff and outstanding Spa facilities. Till next time! 🥂🍾❤

Beautiful location, it creates a sense of intimacy. The proximity to both the city of Brașov and Poiana Brașov is a plus. Other than that , there is the incredible breakfast, the caviar, the proseco , the hamon, the cheescake, the pancakes, the romanian style bacon, and many more .The size of the rooms is also very good, the balcony is also very large. The heated pools , indoor and outdoor, which is the infinity type with an incredible mountain view, are very nice, and you have direct access to the saunas. The restaurant menu is very good.

The hole bear situation, it's not just for them, but for the entire region. Nobody gives any advice other than: "Beware, there are bears in the area." So if I am aware, the bear will stay away? Can you go for a stroll with the family in the nearby forest? But, again, it's not specific to these guys, it's the entire area.

Had generally great and friendly staff and nice things to do. Spa and restaurant where both really great.

-While we had some great staff members who really enjoyed what they do, there was a huge contrast with some other reception workers (a group of 3 youngers guys) that could work on their hospitality and friendlyness. -The last 2 days of our stay we had a uncle of my wife come over to visit, hence we opted in for the "three" people room, however the sleeping area for the third person is in reality a sofa (not even a foldable sofa bed). I expected a bit more.

Everything was much better than expected…. We were so surprised. The room was impeccable and included a lot of things you don’t usually find (tooth brush, coffees etc.) Facilities are amazing, the infinity pool, spa, one big inside pool, one jacuzzi and extra towels. Breakfast is worth it, being a top one and very diversified. We will come back for sure!

The fact that the pool/spa/reception are in another building…but that is the last problem to think about when everything else is so amazing!!
