We enjoyed our stay, thanks to the owners and the staff who were very polite. The property has everything: - spacious and clean rooms with nice furniture - tasty breakfast - enough parking places - a bar with beverages available 24/7 - good location (5 min walk to the center of Poiana Brasov) If you visit Poiana Brasov, also check out the restaurant "Stana Turistica", we asked for a nice place to eat and the owner recommended this one. The food was very good, and it's a 10 min drive from the Vila. We had an amazing vacation, and the property exceeded our expectations. We are definitely coming back next winter.

We loved the apartment that was allocated to us, it was huge and had everything you could need for a summer or winter stay. There is enough space around the house to park your car safely and in shade. The area looks really nice to explore further for hiking or skiing in the winter. We had buffet breakfast included in the price which was really good and had enough choice to start the day great. Our apartment was on a higher floor (3rd, I think) and the house doesn't have an elevator but it was not an issue to go up the stairs even with our luggage. The balcony was great. The hosts were nice and welcoming. We would be glad to be back.

On check-in the lady didn't speak English and we wanted to share that some people have left their car lights on but couldn't relay the information. In any other case, language would have not been an issue for us, we managed absolutely fine.

Outstandingly friendly staff, who upgraded us to a bigger room with a view since the hotel was quite empty, and who prepared us a very good breakfast as we had to leave the hotel very early the next day. The room we had was big and clean, with comfy beds, a table and armchairs, a sofa, a balcony with table and chairs, and the bathroom was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The toilet flush was not working well, and the shower was old and scratched, it should be changed.

We loved everything about the property especially how accommodating any friendly the staff was. The location is very close to the center of Poiana Brașov close to restaurants, within walking distance to center of Poiana and right by the sky area. The rooms were very clean with everything needed. The bedding and towels very clean as well. We loved the loft option as our kids loved climbing up the stairs. The beds were comfortable and quite large and the balcony option was a plus. The breakfast was amazing with multiple options to choose from. We loved utilizing the outside area as well as we grilled and enjoyed a lovely evening with our family. The jacuzzi was also a nice surprise and we took advantage and utilized it during our stay.They provided robes and additional towels and that was super nice. The manager, Mihaela was unbelievably accommodating and responsive to all of our requests;she was constantly checking in ensuring we have everything we need. We were a large group and we all loved the attention to detail and how they went above and beyond ensuring our stay was nothing but a positive experience. I strongly recommend this facility for small or larger groups during any season. You won’t regrete it. Everything was great.

The staff was super friendly and efficient. Good hosts that make you feel welcome! The rooms were clean and the cleaning crew was there every day. The only problem is that this property accommodates pets, and I did not read that info in the beginning. That should not be a problem, granted the pets that stay there are friendly. The problem comes when the dogs that they allow are barking non-stop and their owners are rude!

The rudeness of the people that own the dogs and the villa/ownership accommodates their behaviors in need of clients. Be aware that there is a gamble if you intend to have a quiet stay, and are above or next to a family that allows their dogs to bark all the time....and later claim that you banged the walls, when the staircase is in a spiral and one needs to go upstairs to the loft, or the shower cabin is tight if one is tall and by default hits the wall or the door ad one turns around....that gives ammunition to the rude people to say that one also did something bad! Obviously not intentional!

The breakfast was really, really good with a lot to choose from.

The room didn't have a hair dryer and the bathroom was a bit smelly. Also, I booked a room with balcony but got one without.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the morning buffet was something near incredible. Only the buffet made half of the experience worth it Also, they gave us a higher room just because we were staying only a few nights and it was free for that duration The room was clear, maybe just a little too hot, but apart from that I really have no complaints. The location is spectacular as well. We made this trip just to take a little break from society and everything and we were not disappointed. This place really is a slice of paradise ^^

Absolutly nothing

I liked the stuff, they were very welcome, we were with a little child and they even offered to take care of her during the luggage carrying. We've checked it earlier only to allow us to put the child to sleep. At breakfast they were asking us if something was needed additionally for the baby. Very nice people and we wish them all the best!

Maybe the room is a little too old, but the wood is well maintained.

We got a free room upgrade without even asking or complaining about anything which we found really nice. The staff was helpful, nice food, clean and amazing view. Location was also great, close to all local attractions. We are happy!

Everything was great

the villa is great its very warm close to restaurants 10 min walk close to a little slope good for kids and sledges when we was there the snow came down heavy so best not to drive if possible .The breakfast was great and would recommend to anyone

we stayed in room 106 and its impossible to have a bath because there is no bath plug and impossible to have a decent shower because the fitting that holds the shower head is in the wrong position in the middle of bath facing into the bathroom and no shower curtain crazy as this may sound for a place like villa zorilla must sort this out
