The location is great for reaching the city center in minutes and bus stations are nearby, so getting around Sibiu is easy. The staff was very nice and understanding when I called to complain about guests arguing and I think children running in the room above mine, and tried to solve this issue. Also, on my check-out day I was able to leave a part of my luggage with them until it was time for my train and I could visit some more of Sibiu without the big bag. This was quite awesome, I am very grateful!

The room could have been cleaner and the AC controller easier to manage, maybe it needed to be updated as the buttons took their time to settle on the temperature I needed, or maybe they needed to be repaired.

Nice reception area, good breakfast. Super close to the city center and we could go by foot to the Christmas market (it really helped as there weee 0 degrees there). Great view fron the room. Parking available for 25 ron outside or 50 ron in the garage.

There was a party at the restaurant of the holtel and even though we were at 9th floor it was difficult to fall asleep.

Location-excellent, just near the historical city center!

Breakfast was under the expectations of 100 EURO accommodation per night. No fruits (excepting some poor apples), pastry very simple and modest (only two types of very simple cookies). In all the 4 mornings, it was exactly the same offer. In essence, it was a good breakfast for a 3 stars hotel (and corresponding prices), but under the normal expectations for a 4 stars one. Parking is also a problem. The hotel has only a very limited number of parking places (10 EUROS per night, quite expensive). The only solution was the public parking. Quite cheap (2 EURO per day), but very, very difficult to find available places in the environment.

The room was big and comfortable, The breakfast was amazing. The staff at the reception was great. The let us prolong our stay for two more hours. It was close to the old city.. Had a wonderful experience.

The only drawback was the noise of the ambulances from the street. Would have preferred a quieter room.

Room size and configuration was great, very nice views. Big comfy bed. OK food, but pricy for the quality. Breakfast is not 4 stars. Friendly staff.

Rooms need renovation, they are pretty old and carpets and walls are soiled, furniture is old. Room was cold, only A/C heating which is noisy and does not heat well, no temperature adjust. Empty minibar. Only 1 bathrobe which smelled really bad. No parking. Not all guests wearing face masks, no check for vaccine or test, or symptoms, etc.

I did not undestood exactly why they do not offer the minibar and need to take drink from reception after lobby bar is closed. Room window was full of greasy fingertips. Fruit offer from breakfast was rather poor, just 2 types of melon cutted in cubes. Staff which was managing the breakfast - impression was that they were moving arround with no clear objective, chatting a lot between them without taking to much care in refreshment of breakfast items. They were more preocupied to have a coffee from the machine of some snacks from the serving area.

A very glitzy entry into the hotel lobby. receptionist was very helpful. A nice room, lovely decor of red carpet and red tiling in parts of the bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities and an empty minibar fridge

Situated at a very busy noisy main road traffic corner so noise up until about mid-night. Away from the historic part of the city centre unfortunately. Two issues I brought to the attention of the General Manager re the state of a desk lamp that leaned like faulty tower including the lamp shade with a large dark stain and a once lovely bone leather chair that has split top and on one side, suspect has been like that for some time. Showed him the photos and have deleted. Is not a good look for a hotel such as a Ramada product, why staff don't report issues and management fail to measure up re conducting periodic inspections.

The hotel was great. They accepted my large well behaved dog and there was plenty of room for her. The glass lift was really good great views My room had a view of the Carpathian Mountains. No problems parking. Would definitely stay again.

All things must be refurbished, are lookink quite old . The breakfast must be improoved
