We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was so clean that we were ashamed to step in with our shoes. The bathroom had absolutely anything we could ask for. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very soft. The small garden at the centre of the hotel was the perfect place to take your morning coffee with peace and quiet. The town centre is literally 4 minutes walk. When we left for a morning ride (Tranfagarasan) they cleaned our room and made it look like noone stayed the previous night and it was perfect again. The stuff were extremely friendly and there to help us with what we needed. The wi-fi connection was also extremely good. Very big bonus the parking spot for our motorcycle, Behind close gates, inside the hotel yard next to our room. The only regret we had was that we did not take breakfast cause we did not have time. Next time we will sure do.

The property has an excellent location, the rooms are spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. The personnel are very nice and always ready to help. The private parking for the property is right across from the villa, very nearby, secure, and reasonably spacious. It was a great experience with a nice interaction with our host and a pleasant stay in Sibiu. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely nothing to complain.

Everything. The people first and foremost. Very pleasant and truly concerned with the well being of their guests. Property was very well maintained, quiet and comfortable and also extremely close to the center of old town.

No real complains. Given the fact that a lot of people still smoke I would restrict smoking close to the rooms. They have a beautiful garden however smoke from the tables close to the rooms makes its way through open windows.

Large comfortable room with good bathroom facilities located in the Lower town of Sibiu but very close to the Upper town with the major attractions. Raoul gave us recommendations for two very good restaurants 3 minutes walk from the accommodation. Parasthiva greeted us in the morning with a very good breakfast and gave us some homemade cake upon leaving. Parking is very convenient in their private lot. Highly recommended.

Door lock is a bit strange.

Great location - very close to town but quiet at night. The hotel has its own parking with a barrier. The room was comfortable but somewhat dated. Due to a health issue the owners were not putting on breakfast during our stay but there is a lovely breakfast place nearby.

Air conditioning was a bit weak & could not keep up with the heat.

The hotel was lovely and the staff very nice and helpful. It was a short walk to the historical center and had a parking lot just next to it which made it easy arriving by car. The breakfast was delicious. Travelling with a small child, we really appreciated the small interior garden. Would go there again if I return to Sibiu.

Perfect location just few minutes walking to the historical city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Privat parking lot few meters away included in the price is a big advantage. The owner was very kind and welcoming to us and provided all necessary support. Best value for money in Sibiu !

Nothing , everything was fine!

The staff was very friendly, and helpful, and adjusted to our requests. The location was easy to access, short walking distance from the old city and main square. The room was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is pleasant. Free parking (hotels' private lot) at 50 meters distance

Room on 1st floor, no elevator. Nothing not to like apart of that.

Our stay at the Rosen Villa was just wonderful! The location was perfect for us, so close to the Christmas Fair, and an easy walk to many of the historical and cultural attractions in Sibiu. The room was very clean and charming and the interior garden looked so very cute - I was almost tempted to take my breakfast there despite the winter temperatures! The staff was exceptional, welcoming, helpful and prompt, and going way beyond the call of duty... Without a doubt, we will be back! A BIG thank you for the exceptionally tasty sunculita, a true local specialty, at breakfast and for the road!

The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. The included parking space is a huge benefit. The room was large, private, and spotless. The staff was amazing. We felt spoiled but the attention was never intrusive. We couldn’t recommend Rosen Villa any higher. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sibiu!
