The room and the location. Very nice design of the place and good location - close to Piata Mare.

In the description they wrote: "Every room is fitted with a coffee machine..." which is not true. The room I booked didn't have any... The only coffee machine is located in the kitchenette/dining area which is a common area, located outside the room. No milk available. The checkout is at 11:00. I arrived and checked în very late - at midnight,, after a long drive. In the morning, the cleaning lady asked me too leave the room immediately, at 11.02, which I did. She didn't know, but that day was my nameday and also birthday....

Great location close to Piata Mare, yet very quiet. Very nicely decorated rooms with attention to details, and super accommodating hosts that helped us with local tips and making it a perfect family stay.

It’s very close to the center in a quiet area, it’s nicely renovated, we had the no. 5 room which is up in the attic , there’s a cozy feeling about the place. Extra points for communication, the owner sent a very clear message will all info needed.

it was a bit cold for us, maybe because the room is in the attic and there is a huge space, between the room and the bathroom. However one radiator was making a huge noise from time to time can be disturbing. Also the stairs walking up to the room are very steep but it’s an old building and it’s normal.

The room was clean and quiet. Excellent location. Good expresso machine. Good shower. Cold AC.

I didn't realize there was no option for breakfast. I thought there was a rooftop. Parking on the street is not a guarantee. The LED light from the AC was a bright beacon that wouldn't shut off, so it was quite bright for sleeping. The mattress pad made me feel sticky, so i had to remove it.

Very easy and fast check-in and check-out. You just leave the keys on the door and leave. The room was amazing and comfortable and clean. Cozy, relaxing, everything you need. You get free coffee and tea and get to enjoy it in the cave/basement ... such a vibe !

Nothing. They do not have breakfast options but you can use the fridge, the microwave and the utensils available for use so we feel just like at home.

Location is great: close to everything yet quiet. Sibiu is a very small city so it is easy to reach everything by foot. My room, (#4), had a sofa and double bed and it was clean and nice. My room was located in the inner yard with private stairs where I loved to sit and chill when taking a break. The room was cool even without the air con even though it was well over 30 C outside. Nice! I really appreciated the shared lounge/kitchen are to store some breakfast stuff in the fridge. There is also a drinking water fountain to fill your own bottle - ecofriendlier than buying bottles all the time. The host is very friendly and nice.

The bathroom is a bit small. There is no place to store your stuff in the bathroom.

Location was excellent - a very short walk from everything including the bus to the airport. The owner was very helpful, even helping us find a dry cleaner! Public parking really is directly outside and only 10 Lei/day which is very cheap. The room was a very good size and the bed was super comfy. The water pressure for the shower was very good! The self check-in was very easy and the entire place was very clean. The wine cellar was a cute place to relax and the big communal fridge there made up for the lack of fridge in the room itself.

We did not spot the sticker with the WiFi details (stuck on the TV) so that could be made clearer. Note that the photos make you think there might be a restaurant or something available but that is the wine cellar, which is really just a common area with coffee / tea facilities. Not a problem at all, just something to be aware of. No black / earl grey tea bags were available though, sadly! Very minor negatives against an overwhelmingly positive experience here!

a very clean, tidy hotel with caring people running it. large room, a very generous bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Although the breakfast is not included in the amenities, they offer a beautiful cellar with a coffee machine and a microwave oven, so every morning I bought pies and croissants from a store nearby and we gathered in the cellar for the breakfast.

The location is great and there are many parking spots right in front of the house. The house is lovely and very clean. The small garden gives the property such a great feel. Our room was comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for a family of 3. Staff was really thoughtful and welcoming too!

There is nothing we didn’t like.
