It was our pleasure to stay here. The location is perfect, we'll worth the extra €10-€15 compared to other hotels. Located right in the heart of the Main Square, and with parking at a premium, the private parking at the rear was ideal. The staff were amazing, and whilst not multi, multi lingual, their Romanian, Russian, English, Hungarian, German and a mix of others were very helpful. The rooms were spacious, and the ones with views over the square (ours was), made it even more pleasurable. The spa facilities were well welcomed after a few days walking round the other Transylvanian towns and cities, and the restaurant was more than adequate! It was also a birthday, and the staff surprised us with a wee something, which was a lovely touch. Everything was spotless, facilities in and around perfect, and all in all, would certainly recommend, which we don't often do! If you chose to stay, I hope your stay is as pleasurable as ours was. 10/10

Nothing! Everything did as described and more so! The mist through the mountains did provide some challenging driving though. Add 25% to any timings given for driving directions!

Excellent location, big sized room, very clean, very comfortable bed, powerful shower, everything you'd expect from a Plaza hotel. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Although is not the hotel's fault, the fact that you can't get by car to the hotel in weekend is really bad. The City hall organizes apparently often in weekends events and the center of the city, including the area around hotel itself, is closed to traffic. Reception staff just raised there shoulders and said "sorry". Further more, the only restaurant in the hotel might hold events like weddings, therefore there is not open to the clients from the hotel, no bar either. Fair enough there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance but just to be aware.

The location is amazing, as is the entire hotel, spacious rooms with plenty of amenities, and a fair welcome pack.

I arrived at the breakfast 10 minutes before 11 a.m., which is the time of breakfast closer, and the restaurant manager advised that I couldn't eat there anymore and that I needed to take it to my room, which isn't a problem, but I was expecting a 4 star hotel to offer to help me carry the breakfast up for me and my partner. He also had a rude attitude and vocabulary.

Good location, great breakfast, confortable bed, nice room. Overall, we had a lovely stay provided that we are not pretentious and we were in a good company.

No A/C in our room. The location did not have a pool and the spa was closed on sunday, info which they didn't reveal on their website or booking. They did however redirect us to another facility around 4 km away with complete spa services. I was expecting a little more implication from the staff, considering that it's a 5 stars hotel.

The staff excellent, especially the lady at the SPA, who asked me ... TO MY GREAT SURPRISE if I want a drink from the bar, so she can fetch it. She did, Thank you. Very nice touch. Great location, clean, great price. I recommend.

In the spa, the water in two jacuzzis were just lukewarm. The pillows were small and not very comfortable.

Fabulous location, new, modern and clean. One tall young lady from Reception went well beyond the call of duty to help me get a taxi from the train station where I was stranded at 10 pm in heavy rain and no Romanian currency. Exceptional commitment and empathy.

The shampoo dispenser was on the wall opposite to the shower recess not inside the shower recess 😂

Perfectly located in the heart of Targu Mures The breakfast is wonderful, the bar serves some great cocktails and also some tasty dishes Tha jacuzzi is a big plus, also the massage service... Very good value for the money

I loved that each room has its own personallity and we had the chance to select ours. The room was really comfy and the staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast is fancy and it has a high range of food types. There was even smoked somon, smoked leg ham which looked very nice also if you're that type of person you can start your day with a glass of champagne. :)

They have a strict program for the Spa which they only mentioned us in an email at the day of arrive. So we didn't had the chance to even cancel the booking (: We selected this hotel especially for the spa we came to relax but instead we had to re schedule the programs so we can use the sauna and spa.

Central, nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Parking place, saunas and jacuzzi, diversified breakfast.
