-Breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful and open to tailoring the meal to guest requests. -Front desk staff were very friendly, professional and really helpful. -The balcony was cute, safe and private.

-The furnishings were dated including several holes in the mosquito netting. -Laundry service was highly overpriced - more than $43USD for medium sized bag.☹️

The breakfast was good, but it was a bit late because there was no buffet, just ordered according to our choice

When the number of clients is small, the hotel doesn't prepare buffet for breakfast. I recommend that instead of requesting to the clients to order in the morning, the hotel should ask before the night which meals are needed by the clients so that it takes les time in the morning.

Very nice place. I will definitely return. Soap tray needed in the shower as well as body wash needed There are soap bars. Breakfast was okay but not really breakfast. I prefer a breakfast with eggs and dairy products, pancakes, etc. The breakfast there was more like lunch and dinner. There were hard boiled eggs, therefore, that helped. Scrambled or omelettes would have been preferred. Also the coffee is instant. I prefer coffee made in a coffee or espresso machine. Good news is that there is Java House within waking distance. The staff was great! When I informed them that the room was lacking in wall outlets, they gave me an extension bar and they allowed for a late checkout at no charge. I would return to this hotel.

Professionalism of the Staff, ready to help and to give good advices to visit the country and the city. Beautiful room with nice facilities in room : real hot water , air-conditioning that is really working Breakfast "à la carte" and top service in the restaurant thanks to Bertin and Jacques. Nice swimming pool,(free for hotel's hosts) Sauna (free for hotel's hosts) Massage ( Extra cost) Very fair prices for such level of quality and services. Free transportation from and to the Kigali international airport Hotel very close to animated environment (music, restaurant in case you want to try outside), no need to go to the very high traffic area of Kigali Center

Info to restaurant about some specials needs were carried out better only Bertin and Jacques during my stay, thanks again to them (about my special African tee).

Very friendly staff. Clever and multi-lingual. Clean rooms and overall common areas. Close to airport so cheaper transportation or even free shuttle from/to hotel. Simple African food - what I like. Especially convenient for small conferences /workshops.

Construction work in progress close to the Hotel. But seems to be almost finished.

The surrounding environment is so serene and homely. The staffs are friendly and the rooms and amenities are super clean!

Nothing, everything was exellent

Very friendly staff and nice facilities close to the Kigali airport. The manager was extremely helpful—he booked transportation, meals, and the spa for me—and even gave me a tour of the suites. Restaurant served good food, especially breakfast. The staff was some of the friendliest I met in all of Africa. I really enjoyed the affordable spa, which had a reasonably priced massage and a steam room with eucalyptus and cloves! Free transport to the airport. Roughly a 10-12 minute ride.

I liked it all, but could see some travelers being disappointed with the age of the facilities.

We got a great room with view to the pool and city We had much space, so we loved to stay there longer. It was very quiet Around the hotel are many restaurants, where you get coffee and food. It’s near the airport-with free shuttle, the new stadium and easy with boda boda into the city.

The hotel was nice and clean and they had a nice pool. Staff were nice and friendly as well. The location is very close to the city centre and restaurants so commuting around waa easy and they offered free airport shuttle service which was very nice.
