Location and neatness.

Rubbishbreakfast! never ever book with breakfast in this place it is rubbish. I attach the photo of the breakfast served for three adults.

I recently stayed at Rose Garden and absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. What truly stood out to me, though, was the friendly and welcoming staff. Tina, Pamela, and Martina went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their warmth and attentiveness made a significant difference in my experience. Overall, I highly recommend Rose Garden for anyone looking for a delightful stay!

Absolutely Nothing

The property is wonderful and modern. It's quite close to many restaurants in the area. They provided good breakfast. The self-flushing toilet is a nice attraction. The staff are warm, respectful to guests and helpful.

The walls in the bedrooms could use some paint. Dirt stains on the wall in the bedrooms bothered me a lot. An apartment of this quality, should have an AC. Kigali was quite hot at this time & only one fan in an apartment of two bedroom isn't ideal. They should add more fans if they cannot install AC right now.

Very modern apartment in great main road location. We had a relaxing stay at the Rose Garden. Spacious apartment and they served nice breakfast in our room. Nice Indian restaurant within walking distance. Safe place to walk around at night.

It was rather hot in the room at night. No aircon or fan.

Breakfast was by order from some place arranged by the hotel and was fair enough. I liked the cleanliness and functionality of the place. It is a good business suite but not much of a luxury apartment although quite nice in all. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Would have been nice to have a breakfast room/restaurant in the facility. There was some hot water issues in the mornings when people are bathing hot water ceases after a while till you wait several minutes for a refill.

We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. Everything worked well and we were able To enjoy some time resting and some time swimming in the pool (very clean pool).

I think the staff needs to work on communication a bit and also how to take care of short-term guests a little better. There wasn’t a lot of upfront communication, but whenever we had questions or problems they were able to respond and take care of us well. FYI when it says air-conditioning on the description, it means they have fans available for you to use. However, with the screened windows and fans we were able to stay cool enough for the most part. If you have concerns or questions about the amenities listed, ask ahead of time instead of assuming

The food was awesome, especially since it's my first time of tasting Rwandan traditional meal. The facility was top notch, everything works, was neat, facility equipments and units were all standard. The vicinity was safe and quiet, well planned out with developed hills with residents and business here and there, but still very calm.

There was no air conditioning unit in the apartment which was a suprise to me considering the rating of the establishment; they instead put in standing fans 😖. TV in my room was configured in some Asian language, I had to struggle with it and finally found and resorted to the installed YouTube app. From slime to time I would here sounds of either someone fumigation or cutting the grass and the machine was veeeery noisy and took sooooo long, the veranda door was not very sound proof so...

Everything except the cold shower. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The surrounding was scenic and the staff were polite and prompt whenever requested for anything. Quite friendly staff

The shower water was not always hot. Was told it heated using solar energy so during cold or cool days, the shower water is not sufficiently heated. They could do by having an alternative water heating method to ensure consistently available warm shower water. Bath towers are not sometimes changed and one has to request for clean towel. The bath towels sometimes seem not well cleaned

Lovely Location and top notch decoration of apartment. Quiet and cossy... a home a way from home. Friendly and understanding staff. Even when there was challenges with payment update from bank, they still held the booking and accommodated the group on arrival with a very smooth check in process

No Air Condition... but all the same there were fans and the environment was cool.

Very nicely furnished with nice finishes. Excellent value relative to a 4/5 star hotel. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast options.

Although only a couple years old, the property is already well worn with scuff marks on the wall, browning and yellowing grout work, etc. Time probably for a nice deep clean to bring it back to original standards. That being said, still a very lovely property!
