The hotel staff kindly handed over the room keys about 5 hours prior to check-in time. We reached the hotel too early and they helped us big time.

The lifts are too slow, and breakfast is not buffet but continental (they bring the meal to your room). This is something personal, I don't like someone to choose for me what I am going to eat. I like to choose food i am having according to my diet.

The room was nice and spacious and was clean. The swimming pool was clean, but the showers and changing room there needs maintenance. The hotel staff were regularly seen working on the floor, providing to customer's needs.

Though I had booked the room 10 days in advance, when I arrived, they told me my selected room is not available as it has been given to another customer. Which is odd. Found a weird insect in the toilet. Need fumigation in the toilets. Breakfast needs more variety and taste. The egyptian restaurant manager guy needs to be more active, very lazy and a dull fellow.

Although the hotel is a little far from the center, it is close to the beaches and in a quieter part of the city. The hotel is renovated/new, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is rich, offering both Arabic and international food. The chef also prepares food on the spot, so it is fresh and tasty. It has a beautiful terrace, which is otherwise a bit abandoned, not vivid, which is the only downside.

The hotel has a wonderful terrace on the roof with an excellent view. The terrace is unfortunately very unused. It is not cleaned, there are no umbrellas, the bar outside is not working. Otherwise, they offer service from the restaurant next door. It has really great potential.

Clean and spcious rooms! Had a good experience of in room dining. The food at the hotel is good and not too expensive. The hotel is located at a great location, beach, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops all are near by.

The path made for cars to access the hotel’s underground parking needs fixing as it damages the car from below while going through it! They need to make the path a bit more flat so all types of car can pass easily (especially sedan cars)

Very clean and very nice staff I got upgrade when they did not my have same room with same price. Very new and very clean rooms with very modern design and the restaurant is also excellent and the chief is very interested to please the customers. Also, my room had very nice double view on the sea from 2 sides.

No area is officially designated for prayer in this hotel. The mosque is close, but I have to cross a highway to get to it. I hope they will find space in the future other than the meeting room.

The entire facilities are all clean, new and organized. Sister kholoud is very helpful during our check- in, Friendly staff. The location is great with sea view and near to alot of restaurants and coffee. Our rooms is spacious, good smell, bed is very comfortable, clean linens, towels and bathrob. Breakfast was excellent with variety of dishes. Highly recommended hotel. Thank you so much we enjoyed our stay.

Because we are travelling by bicycle the location was not good for us. Crossing the highway to get to banks/shops/beach was impossible for us without a car or Uber. No fault of the hotel - poorly designed road system.

Great hotel as it’s clean and spacious. Front desk receptionist Kholud is very welcoming and extremely polite. The dream of any company to have her as their hospitality staff member. Nawaf is also helpful and supportive of your needs. Very good staff.

I liked everything about the hotel but the location is good not great.

Enala is very Good Hotel to stay solo or family. I do stay at this Hotel on my every trip to Khobar or Dammam. Its Value for Money with Services, Good Breakfast and also Good location wise. The Breakfast Delicious with Variety of food, Juices, Coffee and a Chef who is always ready to take your orders and staff ready to serve.

Everything was outstanding and the staff did everything to make our stay unforgettable and amazing. Special Thanks for Mr. Ahmed Ismail for his support and co-operation starting from the reservation until checkout and during the stay.

Just minor comments that can be easily handled, the arrangement between reception and room service to be more organized and the response to be faster but i believe that will be handled shortly.
