The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day. The hotel was clean and very nice. It's newly built. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. We got the double beds which were a little bigger than twin beds. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of varieties. The service was was good too! I enjoyed the facilities the hotel provided, such as the ladies gym and the spa. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool as well.

The hotel was close to the beach area corniche road. The only issue was that we had to drive to get there. It was not in the walking distance.

Rooms were good in size and overall clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is covered with temp controlled pool area. Staff was friendly. Sheikha at the front desk was sweet and helpful. Breakfast was good and restaurant chef and other staff were friendly.

Wifi is not good. Does not work at various spots in hotel. I had to use my roaming data sometimes. Hotel had a low occupancy. I paid for a sea view and could have gotten a better view. I went to the front desk to request for it but still couldnt get it changed despite low hotel occupancy.

The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. The hotel is very close to the corniche, we could actually walk every morning to see the sunrise. The spa services at the hotel are not to be missed. The massage was very relaxing. It’s a newly opened hotel so everyone was very welcoming.

They told us that the gym was 24 hours open but we found it closed at 2 am when my son wanted to use. The staff however is very helpful and friendly.

Just one thing negative only : the shower need to have pressure and there is no hot water most of times.

Very clean, top quality service, everyone is really really nice and helped me with all my needs without hesitation. I recommend staying higher levels because it’s just nicer! The bed was super comfortable (king room sea view) would definitely come here again.

The shower at the time had no heater as they were fixing it but a heads up to the customer would’ve been better and a faster time to fix it.

Clean, quiet and very friendly staff

Fire alarm switched on @ 3 AM because of system issue, it was a disaster as it’s took long time to fix it appropriately 15 mins!!! But the reception manager Hassan was very kind and he offered me a free dinner just to get me relaxed, thank you so much for such kind of dealing with your guests.

The location is convenient across the bridge to Bahrain as we came for a Uturn trip to Bahrain to renew my family visit Visa. The hotel is new and super clean, and all the staff are lovely.

The Hotel was empty that day, yet I was hoping that the Hotel would upgrade us to a suite as we are a family of four, and the standard room we reserved was not that spacious.

swimming pool, there is a specific time for men and women, but no for family, so we need to separate the family to swim. I hope this will change in the future.
