The location of this Hotel is amazing! You can hear the prayer call and leave to the mosque and still make it on time. Very convenient - the walk to mosque is only one minute. The hotel is above a large supermarket which is really convenient when travelling with family or babies. Lots of different food options around also. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. Any issues we had, were promptly corrected by service men. MD SAHRIUTULLA was the night housekeeper and was really helpful and attentive during our stay. Cleaned our room every night, provided extras and made sure every thing was fully stocked. Our stay would not have been the same without him! Alhumdulilah. Hope to see him again next time we stay here. AMZAD HUSSIN and ASHFAQUE AHMED were also great help during our stay. Ashfaque picked up all our bags promptly and made sure they were properly loaded into our van upon checkout. Everything was smooth! Also special thanks to ABUL HUSSEIN who helped get us a late checkout to ensure we had some more time to pack our bags, make the evening prayers and make our late night flight smoothly. Overall Great Stay!!!

I would have given Taiba Front a 6/10, however, the staff was very kind and accommodating so it definitely deserves an 8/10! My family and I were visiting from Chicago, USA and the managers we met were very friendly and hospitable. Mr. Syed Altaf, Mr. Wael, Mr. Al Subhi, and Mr. Marwan made sure they did whatever they could in their power to make our stay comfortable. Mr. Altaf especially was very warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of- from sending breakfast (the food was always great btw!) to making a special tea to help with my cold. These gestures of kindness went a very long way... I will definitely be back (but will book a larger room next time). The best part about this hotel is that it's right in front of the entrance of the masjid (women's gate 16 I believe) This made it sooooo easy to go for prayers.

We booked two superior rooms, one triple and one double but we were given two double rooms instead. This caused us to move back and forth (they did upgrade us to a Haram view which made up for the inconveniences caused but this triple room was very small). Also, the triple room could have been cleaner (the superior double room was pretty clean). Another thing to keep in mind is If you are tall, get superior rooms so you can comfortably make use of the toilets and showers... I was very disappointed by the size of the bathroom in the smaller rooms... and if you can, try to get rooms on the second floor so you have an easy option to go down the stairs if the elevators are occupied (99% of the time they were and it took us forever to go in and out of the hotel).

I had the pleasure of staying at the Taiba Front Hotel recently, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. The rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it the ideal place to unwind after a long day of exploring. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Masud Karim. Masud was always there with a warm smile, ensuring that my room was spotless and well-stocked with fresh fruits and bottled water every day. His attention to detail and genuine care for the guests' comfort were truly remarkable. It was clear that Masud takes great pride in his work, and his efforts made me feel like a valued guest.

The wifi was pretty slow

Unbeatable location, once you get down you are directly on Haram’s entry gate 330. Abundant amenities around. We did t have to see much of the staff, I guess it’s a good sign.

Nothing particular, if you get a good price, it’s a sweet deal

All the staff’s very friendly and warm. From my check-in time, 1/ The lady very welcome and so make me comfort, with friendly smile and her small talk. For the Breakfast, All the staff’s very welcoming start from the counter Mr SYED ALTAF always welcome with the smile and his friendly greet to all my kids. And for the Chef RAFFUL thank you so much, always for his cute pancake to my kids. The breakfast was so good, they change the menu everyday as out experience staying for 7 nights. Comfort area and very clean. They cleaning staff are always around. For the room service, To HASANULLAH, AMZAD HOSSEN, SHOIL ALI, CHAN MIA, They always there everytime we need them for service, always come with a greet n smile. Overall they are so friendly and we enjoy our staying. Thank you so much for the amazing services.

Two things. 1/Having to ask for the room type I had booked. Got palmed off with a poor single bed room. 2/ the elevator situation at all times a challenge on both sides of building.Needs some form of attendant/security person to enforce queuing.

The hotel is located next to Masjid An Nabawi in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah, making it the closest option available. The service is exceptional, and the reception staff are fantastic. If you are fortunate enough to get a room with a Haram view, the scenery is breathtaking. The staff is very attentive and caring, especially Anwar from Bangladesh, who personally ensured that my mother and I had an excellent breakfast. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently near Saqifah Bani Saadah. We had a superb stay, and I pray that Almighty Allah blesses the hotel owners, staff, and management for making our experience splendid.

Alhamdolillah all is well

The location was amazing. The room sizes were great too as was the bathroom. It's just a stone throw away from the Haram.

It's a very tired-looking hotel, but you're not there for that. The reception toilets had wood rot in the corners of the doors; it was off-putting and felt unclean, even though the toilets were clean. The flush in our toilet kept falling off when we flushed it. There was mold around the shower, and flies were coming out of the drain. They only clean the room if you request it. Breakfast was lovely, and the catering staff were amazing. Be prepared to climb stairs, as it's always busy and you can be waiting a while.

The location was good just in front of the women’s area with all the essential markets around. The establishment was fairly redecorated with minimum wear & tear. Rooms were decent sized, as we booked an executive 2-bedroom suite. Really comfy & clean beds, ample pillows, blankets, and sheets. Lounge however was small, smaller than the bedrooms with limited seating arrangement. The ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom was massive & clean. Both the bathrooms in the property had all the necessary amenities & were also topped-up on demand daily. The staff was helpful, all the way from the front desk to the room service and facilitation teams. Infact, my family paid the full amount in cash while they checked in but only to realise (later) that they were short on cash. The senior manager (upon request) allowed us to pay full amount through credit card & returned the cash. This is something I thought was impossible, but we were grateful to the management as it saved us from a lot of hassle. We did not book the breakfast but had it one morning (paid on the day). Buffet was decent, but not as lavish as some of its neighbouring competitors, though the dine charge was comparable. Nevertheless, it was not as big an issue to us.

One of the bathrooms, when we reached was clogged and was lacking the hot water supply. I can imagine that room service cannot keep up with deep cleaning, given the frequent checkin/checkouts daily but, suites are not as busy as individual rooms and given the amount of money they charge, one would imagine these to be addressed on time. Also, the kitchen was smaller than what was advertised but, it was not an issue. However, no utensil whatsoever were provided (which was a bit of a turn off). We stayed for 8 nights and there were days we needed to warmup the leftover food or boil an egg. We did ask the room service, if they could provide some, but they informed there aren't any.

This was not my first stay, and, Insha Allah wont be my last at Taiba Front. I was even more impressed than the previous visit. To be spending 12 Rabi-ul Awwal in Madeenatun Nabee {SAW} was an added bonus, Alhamdulillah From check in time on 10Sept where I was greeted by 2 friendly young ladies who gave me 2hours earlier check, acceded to my request for upgrade to Haram facing room, and gave me a lower floor as requested, so we could use option of using stairs at busy time. Alhamdulillah. The room cleaners were very friendly and obliging. Special mention of Mahomedy who once again was most friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, so much so that I ask about him if I dont see him. The location is excellent. Opted not to include breakfast this time coz was on a tighter budget. I make Dua that Allah Blesses me with repeated visits to this Mubaruk Land and Taiba Front will still be my first choice, Bi Iznillah

Cant think of much I didnt like, except for poorly thought out positioning of hand towel holder directly above the toilet roll holder. LOL. Impossible to access the toilet roll without touching the hand towel hanging over it. So we just didnt place hand towel there. There was no other place nearby for hand towel except for placing it on rack near shower.
