I’ve been a regular guest at this hotel for over 20 years, and during that time, I’ve seen many team members grow within the organization—from entry-level positions to supervisory and even management roles. It’s inspiring to witness such loyalty and pride in their work. I commend the management for fostering a culture that supports growth and development—an exceptional model for the hospitality industry!

Breakfast and dinner are very good for the quality and richness of the offered options.

I have booked a Deluxe room offered on booking.com as room for 3 people. The fare included as well breakfast and dinner for 3 people. Although the booking has been confirmed, when checking in I have been told that, despite they have accepted the booking, they only have rooms with either 1 king-size or 2 single beds which makes it almost impossible for 3 people to sleep. After being offered to have additional linen to lay down on the floor (which of course was a joke), the only offered solution has been to pay to upgrade to a Junior Suite and place a third bed in it which I had to accept not having other options. I believe it is not effective to sell rooms with 2 beds for bookings with 3 people.

I was staying in crown plaza for business for nearby conference. All staff members were curtous and helpful. The cleanest of the hotel exceeded my expectation given that I am a germophobe! Services were available and reasonable prices given the location

The menu needs updating but the food quality and freshness was really good

Staff was helpful specially the lady in the front office also ammar and ohood were very nice

I checked in during the weekend after eid so the staaf were a little bit less than expected so the check in was late because there was only one lady , also the bellman was only one guy he was super busy with other guests and he took almost 30mits to help us with it .

It is beyond my expectation. All the staffs are super nice. Breakfast was excellent. Room are really nice and clean. Bathroom just perfect. Towels are clean and fluffy. Nothing to complaint except for the heat of Riyadh at 45°c. But once you enter the hotel it is cool and breezy...

The hotel is clean ,very comfortable, new and spacious room with all bathroom amenities,coffee machine . The breakfast is tasty and fresh. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has very nice calm and comfortable vibe..Will definitely come back .

Front office, security, house keeping, etc are excellent. We had to request for IT support in the mid night related to work, the way maintenance team supported and managed it was wonderful. Thanks to the entire team for a memorable experience.

A really nice hotel, immaculately clean, room was excellent as were all facilities.

Slight disappointment with the length of time to check in, i waited over 30 mins to check in which is too long after a flight.

Frankly , I liked the cleanness of property , complementary coffee with dates , moreover the staff who clean the room are professional

i didn't like some food in cafe in the lounge , expensive and not that much testy , as well for some sweet you be foreced to buy big portion of cake instead to have few slices

Excessive door slamming by the staff; as looks like they have a material storage in the ground floor. Avoid room 1052 and other numbers close to it.
