A very good hotel centrally located in the centre of Utrecht, about 15 minutes from the central station. The bed was very comfortable, and the room overall very clean. The staff are very friendly, and can assist with any suggestions on what to do in the city. Breakfast is available each morning, which is plentiful and delicious. The cafe downstairs is also open for much of the day, selling locally made and fresh food. Overall it is a great base or exploring the city, I enjoyed my stay and thanks to Lotte and Julie for their great hospitality 👍
The room was very cramped with the portable A/C unit taking up a lot of the space, and was quite noisy at night. The stairs to the rooms are very narrow and steep, and have no lift. Getting big suitcases up to the room can be difficult.

The hotel is right in the centre of the old town surrounded by small businesses offering everything from shoes to boutique cafes. It sits on the canal and the buzz builds over the course of the day. The rooms were well appointed within the confines of the space dictated by the design of the traditional tall and slim buildings. The fittings were all in character while still including a modern shower, fridge, television and space for luggage. The breakfast is a must, with local cheeses and condiments along side the most delicious local sour dough bread and butter, all served overlooking the canal.
If you had mobility issues the staircase would make this almost impossible but it is in keeping with the constraints of the traditional building.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Utrecht, easy walking distance to the station and everything else. Staff were wonderful, very friendly, check in was easy as was storing our bags for a few hours upon check out. Room was delightful, super comfy bed and with all the amenities you’d need in the room. Great view of the canal from the window and a really lovely place to stay. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to this wonderful city!
A lot of the reviews mention the steep stairs but it really doesn’t prepare you for how steep they actually are! I enjoyed the novelty but it hurt my partners knees after a while. If I’m being picky the shower pressure wasn’t the best (but we were in the attic room so probably to be expected) and it was odd having the sink in the bedroom not the bathroom. But these are all minor problems and not enough to dampen our stay at all.

The 'standouts' are the location and the staff but everything was great. The hotel sits above a wonderful lunch menu restaurant, serving the greatest soup. I really recommend the Classic. The place is very veggie/vegan friendly. You can sit outside watching the world go by (next to one of the many canals in Utrecht) but you may have to wait for a seat. This place is popular! Our room was on the first floor and was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very stylish and with tea & coffee making facilities and a mini-bar. Everything you could want from a superior room. This was our third stay here and I would say that it is worth paying a little extra, if you can, to get a superior room. Utrecht is not a cheap city so it may not be that easy to justify. We've stayed in other rooms and they are excellent too. I have to call out the staff. They are amazing. So welcoming and friendly and helped us with our luggage. On that subject, if you need to store bags then there is a secure area downstairs. Utrecht is our favourite city. If you are tempted by Amsterdam then I would really recommend taking the 20 minute train journey south. The railway station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Shops, chips with mayo (who thought that was a good idea?) and, possibly, the best bike shop in the world - Republic Dutch.
Look, it's a dutch hotel so expect narrow and steep stairs and no lift. But the staff are so helpful and will help to get you settled in. Just be careful. The hotel is in a lively part of town so it can be a bit noisy. They provide ear plugs but we really didn't have to use them.

Great location in the middle of restaurants and canals - Wonderful staff working with passion - Fabulous breakfast prepared with care and with local produce only - Room was very small but optimised in a charming manner, made me think of my first studio after I left home - Nice shampoo and soap
Building is an old one so with steep and narrow staircase and squeaking doors (not recommended for those mobility challenged) - Bed too soft for my taste (really too bad) - Church bell rings every 15 minutes all night and passerby speaking loudly - thankfully they provide ear-plugs - A bit complicated to have the sink apart from the shower, but that's just old style (14th century?) building - Lack of outlets to charge all the devices (again it's an old hitsoric buidling)

The room had character and a great view over a main scenic street (very scenic -- Utrecht is a very pretty town!). The cafe was busy and lively downstairs, and the women who worked there were very friendly. The location was very central and also easy to get to from the station (it's a bit downhill going to the hotel, and the route is along a nice pedestrian street).
The heat turns off in the the middle of the night, at the coldest time. We were there on cold nights and not on the weekend, but you can hear people on the main street below, so if you are staying on a sunny weekend I can imagine it might be rather noisy (the windows aren't soundproofed).

The location was ideal--right on a canal, very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The bed was exceptionally comfy and the inn as well as the cafe below were so charming. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, which I found to be good value for the money. The staff were warm and friendly and the attention to detail was really nice (I liked for instance the stocked fridge with drink and snack options at very reasonable prices). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at Logemont Petit Beijers! The location was perfect for our stay in Utrecht, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The optional breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and I highly recommend having the soup for lunch at least once. They have the best coffee, and we had at least two cappuccinos every day. If you wish to stay in the heart of Utrecht, Logemont Petit Beijers is a great choice!
This list is less a what we didn't like, and more of a list of things to be aware of if you choose to stay: The hotel is located in the center of Utrecht, and people tend to stay out very late in the evening, as a result, there was some noise from the street until 2 or 3 am most nights. It is also across from a canal, and the geese can be very noisy as well until late at night. The stairs are very very steep, so if mobility is an issue for you, LPB will not be a good option for you. They are manageable and you do get used to them! The staff starts cooking around 8 am, and the kitchen smells do drift up to the rooms. I enjoyed the smell of the food cooking, so not a complaint, but not everyone wants to smell food first thing in the morning.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the whole set up is quite unique. There is no real reception, one have to enter through a bistro. At night, when the bistro is closed, you get a key to get through the place to the apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was on the first floor with an amazing view on the canal. It was very cosy and nicely decorated, the bed was also super comfortable.
It didnt bother me, but it the stairs to get up the the rooms are very steep and narrow (didnt see an elevator). Also the room itself was tiny, with the washing dish being placed outside the bathroom. Last but not least, since the windows are reaching to the floor (almost), people from outside can easily view into it (there are curtains though!).

The staff were so lovely and friendly, helping us with our luggage and offering luggage storage once we had checked out. The decoration of the room was very nice, with a homey feeling and great details. The location was great, right in the centre of Utrecht.
The only thing that we didn't like was that our double bed was actually two singles pushed together, which meant that we were kind of sinking into the middle when we slept. I definitely understand how the versatility could be helpful for a small lodging, but a double bed would have been more comfortable.
