I was very impressed by the size of the room, the neatness of the bed, the deep and immaculate bathtub--even the grout was glaringly white and devoid of any discoleration--it was simply (and wonderfully!) clean. The heater was almost instant and when I shut the door on the cold and the rain it was suddenly calm and quiet--I could not hear the rain nor my neighbors ( if I had any?) nor the sounds of traffic on the street. The room was lovely and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff was extremely considerate, personable, and professional. I would recommend the Heritage Inn to anyone seeking quality and comfort while away from home....

I was very happy with my time spent at the Heritage Inn.

King Bed had fresh linens, blanket, pillows (+bring our own) Comfy leather couches plus Tea /Coffee in large Lounge, Rooms have coffee shelf +Tables, very useful. Appreciate how quickly two Supervisos had basin-LEAK repaired, and also assisted with tricky TV. Current Management are very efficient and experienced, along with a congenial Front- Desk Staff too, We extended our stay based on Heritage's affordability, friendliness and continual "Reno-efforts". Swim-Pool is extremely clean, guests/kids using it actively. Grounds all gradually getting improved. Parking in front/ near room is a plus, Chico City P.D regularly patrol Downtown & .University area. Food CO-OP next door, Cafes. many Coffee shops, Fast-foods plus great walking near tree-lined University area. Fun. nice Thrift shop across the street from Hotel. GREAT mix of travelers, visitors, kind locals and many Students.

Some nosiy nights from active Downtown' + large University (ambulance/motors etc). Bring small Ear Plugs if sensitive, After years of Work-travel, am fine with well-run Cities having some Un-housed citizens, who rarely cause personal trouble.

I always enjoy my visits to Heritage Inn Unfortunately I had a upstairs room which can sometimes be difficult due to my hip disability. But I was just fine.

Unfortunately once again I was placed into a room that had only 1 functioning wall outlet and I spent more than an hour locating it so that I could charge my cellphone. This is the 2nd time I have experience d this problem.

I like my sister if they are very friendly and I knew that I would be getting my staying so they were pretty cool with it let me come in at like 12 1 o’clock to pay

Well I am traveling for work and they told me that I couldn’t stay longer than 26 days and but they would give me a notice ahead of time so I wasn’t scrambling to have to find a new hotel at the last minute well last minute the camera told me that I have to move I couldn’t stay there any longer and then I tried to tell me that one of the staff members wasn’t charging me taxes and then charge me taxes out of my deposit for something it wasn’t my fault and then fired the employee

Nice stay in downtown Chico with a comfortable bed, a warm heater on a cold night, and friendly staff. Check in was fast and easy.

There was no waste basket to dispose of the wrappings on the soap, or the coffee grounds after the first cup.

I enjoyed my stay. I had no poor experience during this stay unacceptable.

It was Halloween visit in chico California.that in itself should have been avoided.

well, aside from the room, (that fit my needs perfectly!) the staff were extremely accommodating they made sure to fulfill all my special requests! even before I checked in !

I would have to say the wi-fi connection! I never could get connected.

Friendly staff, convenient access from the highway, and close enough to downtown to walk to everything. I have stayed here before and as before it was good for the cost.

The breakfast could be better. They ran out of creamer, oatmeal, and only had 1 kind of dry sugar free cereal. I will be happy when we can go back to full breakfasts instead of sacks of dry bagels and fruit.

Didn't eat the breakfast I totally forgot about it...but what was a shock was that for the first time in a long time I slept good didn't even have to use my oxygen machine.... So thumbs up to the heritage

More security... Like cameras... But other than that I had a good night sleep
