I can’t say enough wonderful things about the owners of this motel and their property. They went well above and beyond to help me when I locked my keys in my car! It was late, and they actually came and picked me up with all my supplies I had just bought and got me safely to my room offering cold water bottles and genuine concern for my situation. On top of all that- the property and rooms are super clean and beautiful. There is a lot of love and time put into making people comfortable. Their service and my stay were exceptional and I strongly encourage anyone to pick this cute spot if you’re staying in Willows!

The staff as well as the monthly tenants are so friendly. It was very clean and quiet. I liked it so much I stayed on my way to and from my main destination. One of the best motels I’ve stayed in and I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone passing through the small, charming town of Willows.
I have no complaints! I noticed the flies that other people mentioned but they are typical of this part of California, just don’t keep your door open at night and they won’t come in. I had zero issues with this!

Nice room for an old-fashioned motel. Very clean and well-maintained and family-owned. I appreciated that this budget motel had a fridge and a microwave and an AC unit that was not too noisy. Also nice that it was a little ways from the freeway so it was quiet and had a neighborhood to walk my dog.

it’s very clean even though the facility is quite old. stuff was very efficient and you feel that they care. there is a burger place right across the street

WiFi was not reliably connected kept dropping out and unavailable for extended periods of time

I didn't have breakfast. The staff was helpful. The hotel was close to the Sacramento Wildlife Refuge.
Not many good dining options nearby.
