The unit appeared brand new. Super clean. The manager was great. The area was quiet.

It took about a half hour to warm the unit up, on a very cold evening. Turning the heater on in advance of my arrival would have been nice. A little sparse for furniture. There were no waste baskets and I had to leave trash on the counter. Missing shelves in the shower. I was surprised at there being no mini fridge or coffee-maker. I felt bad having to wake the manager when I left because there was no place to drop off the key cards.

It was very basic the bare bones in terms of options for breakfast the vending machines were out of most diet Choices a a the electronic pass key was not very efficient I had a malfunctions bedside light what I told the staff a bout nothing was done during my 5 night stay ! The cleaning staff was excellent top marks 🤩

More generous options no half and half for coffee most of the week ! I had to ask for milk everyornjg why not a chilled container with choices other than full fat 😱😱😱no milk alternatives

We have stayed there before and had another great stay. They must have a hot water on demand water heater because the shower was hot within seconds! They even came in and changed out our towels since we were there for 2 nights. The bed was very comfy, and my hubby loved the pancake machine for breakfast!

My only complaint is that the one entrance is not easy to catch and we had to turn around we very time because we kept missing it.

Newly remodeled room was provided to us. The shower installation was a little wonky with you needing to be in the shower to turn on the water without an area to step aside to avoid the water while adjusting the temperature. Very tasteful remodel with a sleek modern look. Plenty of plug-ins and ports for electronics. Owner brought us freshly picked peaches from the property tree shortly after we got to our room!! They were DELICIOUS! A nice treat for weary travelers!

The shower situation might need to be reworked. Not a deal breaker though!

The room was pretty nice. It had a fridge, microwave, a little coffee maker, the coffee was good, too. Nice solid desk and office chair if you want a work area. The room was CLEAN! The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. I like feeling like I'm being sandblasted, but if you don't, the shower head is adjustable. Good Wi-Fi.

Bed mattress was very stiff. The towel rack wasn't secured to wall. Location is sketchy-looking.

It was centrally located on our route, the bed was comfortable, it was clean, and the parking was very well lit - I felt safe and comfortable leaving my locked bike on my bike rack because the parking was adjacent to my room door and bright. Good value with pancake breakfast and management was very professional and friendly.

The guy at reception was very nice I called to notify I would be checking in really late after midnight and he wrote a note down and even had the AC in the room ready for when I arrived. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows.

An overnight tenent went out at 6 in the morning and warmed up his deisel truck for 45 minutes and absolutely ruin any chance of sleeping in...

We booked this room for a graduation. While the location was central and the room was clean, the cost did not match the value provided. This seemed like a Motel 6, but charged the rate of a 5 star hotel.

No pool. Poor breakfast. Lousy coffee. For nearly $360 a night, I expected more. Felt like this was a ripoff taking advantage of Chico graduation,

I booked this room for a night away from the house. The value was great and met my budget restriction needs. Staff was friendly and professional. My room was reasonably clean with only minor things found that I could overlook. The sheets and towels were perfect and the other amenities were in great shape. I enjoyed my stay.

I cut my finger on the handle to the shower, but that was minor. It was difficult to find proper water temperature at first, but I figured it out.
