Clean, modern, well-equipped room with mini-kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, freezer WITH ICE CUBE TRAYS! The bed was comfy. Since the place is next to the interstate, I was expecting noise...and I really didn't hear it...and my room was facing that way! Mostly near an industrial area, with many clients staying to do temporary work at nearby facilities. As a woman travelling alone, I felt relatively safe, but I parked close to my room and did not linger outside.
Location wasn't the greatest (industrial and not much in the way of places to eat or any minimal retail for needed items) , but fit my budget, and was between the airport and the 95-year-old aunt I was in Tucson to visit. This location is not feasible if you don't have a vehicle.

Inexpensive rates and clean rooms. Plenty of hot water for showers and having a microwave and refrigerator is really nice. The facility is pet friendly as well.
Not within easy walking distances of fast food stores or convience stores. The nearest fast food store is a 10 minute walk. Also, you can hear the activity of people in adjacent rooms too easily.

Nice studio...better & bigger than a reg. motel 6.
Need to fix the rattling sound in the A/C and have someone at the front desk 24 / 7 ...I needed to speak with them and they do not open until 9 AM and I had to go to work before then.

I love the night staff specifically. She great ! I've been here twice and she's always pleasant . The rooms are clean , it's pretty quiet at night which I love. Overall a great peaceful comfy place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and so was housekeeping always refreshed our room and the other guest was no problem and it’s was nice and quiet!!!
The only thing was two of the washers were out of order that was all

It was GREAT. It was a studio so it had almost a full fridge, Microwave, bar sink, everything. I will stay again.
No Shampoo...no worries...I had brought my own and I sure wish the hot waqter was hot and not just warm but...it was great.

It is convenient for our travel to and from Dr appointments.
There is one lady Hispanic with red hair that is so rude and unfriendly. She does not speak and acts like she does not want to be there. When I get someone else it is all good. The other girls talk and are helpful. But that has a problem with doing her job. Other than that pour stay is quiet and comfortable

Really nice place to stay
The grounds was dirty it could have used some more work there was dog poop that was not cleaned up in places. Dog owners need to be held accountable for their own dog poop
