I loved the staff..kien,nathan,thabiso and the chef were exceptional.:those guys know how to make one feel welcome

What i didn’t like isn’t so much anything about the property but rather the reception.I booked and payed for activities before hand but when we got there,the times were not inline with the property times which led to us having to cut short some activities and also having to be squeezed in.I also didn’t appreciate the fact that this mishap led to me having paid extra and did not get that full service..o was advised they will contact me for my refund but i am yet to get any feedback

The lodge exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional service and hospitality by the friendly and knowledgeable staff.🇿🇦 The accommodation was comfortable and spacious, with stunning views of the surrounding wilderness. The food was delicious and plentiful, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. I highly recommend Ndhula Luxury Tents lodge to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable Safari experience. My partner and I can't wait to return!😍

Amazing location! The luxury tents were incredible with amazing views. So clean. The restaurant was lovely, great breakfast and dinner with a good variety of local and international foods.

Unfortunately our transfers from the airport to the lodge were not booked despite booking far in advance. Our full day safari was not actually booked with the external company. We were lucky enough to go on another safari not realising it wasn’t our car, but didn’t realise until they turned around to bring us home at 10.30am. If we hadn’t of gone on that half day safari by accident, we would have completely missed out on a safari with it being the only reason we went. Unfortunately we did not receive an apology, it was just laughed off by the staff.

Arriving onto the estate was amazing. We drove past some zebras and nyalas on our way to the reception. Arriving at the luxury tent was nice. Nice terrace to sit on, relax and try to spot wildlife. We saw nyalas and lots of birds from our deck. Inside you have a big bed with behind it the shower, toilet and sink. Tents have air-conditioning/heating, and the beds have electric blankets. Great luxury experience. The central building was on top of the hill so you have nice views over the estate. Very tasty food for dinner and breakfast. Prices for drinks are very reasonable. You are allowed to walk on the estate by yourself, we did a stroll two times, we got really close to a giraf, zebras, nyalas and wildebeest.

We booked a full day safari in Kruger National Park for 2p and were okay if there were other people in the truck aswell. We didn't need a private safari. We ended up with 6p in the truck which was nice. After checkout we had to pay the for a safari trip based on 2p instead of 6p. That was double the price. For 2p it was around 2000ZAR and for a group of 6 it was around 1000ZAR excl conservation fee. It was strange that we had a 6p safari but had to pay for a private 2p safari because we booked for 2p was the explanation. We thought the price would go down if there ended up more people in the truck. The safari was great though, amazing experience to visit the Kruger Park.

We enjoyed our weekend stay and service exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by our car for luggage assistance. Check in was quick and reception staff friendly and were prepared to receive us. Rooms are practical and provide everything needed. King size beds and pillows were very comfortable with easy to reach space for charging electronics(with universal plug adapters). View from the tents are scenic and nyala walk up to the deck. Rooms are walking distance from restaurant. Food was traditional South African food - wide range of slow cooked meats or braai meat. Large breakfast that is very tasty and suitable for vegetarians. Overall hygiene of rooms and facilities are top notch. Staff all look very professional and are very friendly and accommodating with a customer service focus.

We visited during very cold weather and would have liked larger bath sheets and a towel rail to allow the towels to dry before the next use.

My stay at Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge was exceptional, featuring breathtaking views and a cozy, peaceful atmosphere that provided a perfect escape. The experience was further enhanced by the remarkable service, with the bartenders, cart driver, and the team that prepared breakfast and lunch displaying incredible passion and dedication. The centric drive to my sunset experience was also exceptional, adding a special touch to my visit. The combination of serene surroundings and outstanding service made the stay unforgettable, and I’m eagerly looking forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

This place is absolutely breath taking,had a wonderful quiet time in the bush. So relaxing, I would come back every week if I could. Maxwell, the porter was an amazing host, my hubby and I loved him so much. He could sell out that place every week and weekend given the opportunity, such a bright young man. We were sad to check out on his off day, didn't get to say goodbye

We drove from Rustenburg, traffic was bad and checked in late around 09h30pm. The Fikile who checked us in was very irritated and annoyed and I was told there is 3 of them (Fikile's) working at reception. I didn't appreciate that at all, provided that I communicated through out the entire drive

The hotel is really inside a reserve, where some wild animals could be seen. We rented a tent and the facilities of the room are perfect.

The dinner included is ok, but it has a lack of vegetarian choices. The bathroom of the tent is not really private, without a real door. I prefer toilets totally closed to make a private environment. Lastly, the hotel offers some trails around the reserve, but those trails are tottally abandoned. I tried to go through the easiest one and it has big fallen trees obstructing the way. It is a nice idea but requires maintenance. I hired the hotel service to go to KMIA Airport (15km) and it costed 900R (50 usd). That value it is absurd considering the distance and is an abuse of being in a remote location.

ALL staff were very friendly and helpful. Fikile, was great with the Gin tasting, the chef's food was great, the porter Maxwell was super friendly, our tour guide Derek knew his work and was super kind and Thobile who's work at attitude were very welcoming.

2 out of 3 days we did NOT have hot water in the morning. The staff tried to put the geyser on manual, but it would not heat up before our activities for the day had begun. The staff tried their best to accommodate us, however, I expect the basic necessities when I pay around R9500 for a luxury vacation. This was not acceptable.

The surroundings absolutely gives the 'bush feel' and we could truly just come and relax! The staff were all eager to serve and help and we had a wonderful stay! Food was delicious too!

Despite requests from the Lodge itself, that one keep the noise level down, the Luxury tents are close enough that conversations in the surrounding tents could be heard at night. Also, early morning STAFF arriving or driving on the nearby roads on, I assume, open trucks/pick-ups, are very load and this woke us up both mornings, despite wanting to sleep a little late. Not sure that it is something that can change, as the Lodge is surrounded by working farms...
