The hotel is very nice..the staff is very excellent..the hotel is located behind the buildings and the main street..in a secluded corner in a narrow alley..which gives the place complete calm away from the bustle of Colombo city ..the rooms are very big and the bed is comfortable..the wifi is good Very well and working.. plus two bottles of mineral water.. kettle with coffee and tea, everything is fine here.
There is a bad smell in the room,..The walls are without insulation..you can hear the sounds in the corridors and the sounds of cars outside in the morning ..but at intervals...because the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood.

The location was good as it is walking distance, about 150 meters, to beach and keels store. We were three people, the room was big. Also we enjoyed our meals at across the road restaurant " Saraswathie lodge" which serves delicious genuine south Indian food. One of the managers, in short notice, got our bags of souveniers to the airport which we forgot at the reception. Thanks again.

affordable with good location good restaurants and malls near by. staffs are very nice and welcoming
the property is old and need lots of maintenance. the rooms were not clean and facilities need to upgrade.

The room was a good size shower and bathroom bed soft and comfortable clean kettle tea and coffee fridge TV with with some English channels
Tea coffee powder milk was not replaced on a daily basis what you get when you arrive on day one regardless of how long your stay is that's all you get,

Air conditioning worked, refrigerator worked, hot water was OK. Staff was reasonably helpful. Very good value for the price.
Room was a bit dusty. I killed one cockroach (maybe it got in the room from outside the window).

Good sized room, good air-conditioning, nice staff, especially Hami. Good locks on doors.
Not super clean, bathroom window would not close. Carpet was very dirty and couch/curtains.
