The lid of toilet on 2nd floor was not cleaned while checked in, my husband needed to clean and sanitize it again, this was the most unpleasant. One of the room with two big mattresses which is really too crowded for two general size luggages, can’t even open the luggages, we can only take out and put every belongings on the floor. The room space is not possible to fit any mini table for small stuffs.

The location and view are perfect! great view of Mt Fuji from the windows of the property and just outside. Facilities were excellent- AirBnb style accommodations. Free access to Bicycles which were fun and helpful to get around the small town. Shuttle was just a short walking distance from Kawaguchiko station.

The shuttle was sometimes not available or would come even if you cancelled. This may just be due to language barrier and was not terribly inconvenient, just wanted to point out so future travelers can be informed-make sure you communicate well with the hosts (they are nice and accommodating and responsive!).

Great house. Seems like everything inside is new and modern. Has everything you need as a comfortable home stay. View of top of mount Fuji on a clear day. Staff were helpful in willing to do what they could to get us earlier check in request. Free bikes for amazing bike rides round the lake nearby.

Slightly difficult to find and in a narrow small back road amongst farm stuff and 2 storey motel/apartment right next to it. . It's fine once you find it and get bearings and if you have a car. . Convenience stores walkable etc.

There is a room where it is not allowed to open a drawer in Tatami room thus limiting who can stay or sleep in the room. The property should clear or informed about the Tatami room with strict access or get rid of things that is not allowed to access by the guest if it possible

My family spent two nights there. Really enjoyed the house to ourselves! Location is great, facilities are in good shape and the free bikes really brought extra joy to our trip! the staff are also very friendly and helpful! they offered a detour to pick up my parents and an early pick up service sending us to the station. will def come back to this place! btw you can just enjoy mt Fuji from the house when the weather allows.

Location was close to alot of the major attractions, bus stop also close, as well as convenience stores (FamilyMart/7-11/Lawsons). Place was also comfy with a good view of Mt. Fuji right from living room or bedroom window.

One of the roads to the place was dirt/gravel. Was difficult to traverse with luggage or stroller. It rained day one and the road became muddy with puddles. Limited light on road so walking at night we needed to use our phone flash light.

I stayed at this property twice because they provide free rental bicycles. The room is adequate for Asian people like us, with tableware and utensils available, and the AC working properly

Location is very far if you don't ride your personal car.

Location was great - however, a vehicle is recommended for getting around Kawaguchi-ko. Parking is provided, and the place itself was clean and comfortable.

Check out was a bit early, especially given everything opens late in the area. 11am standard would be better!

Very nice Japanese house. Perfect for our family. Inside, there is a lot of space with 3 rooms. The neigbourhood is calm and relax. We enjoyed to walk until the Lake in 5 minutes to have the amazing view to Fuji with the lake just in between.

All was good

Should collect garbage on a daily basis. We stayed for 2 nights and we have shabushabu on the 1st night, the garbage is smelly over a night. Surprisingly, no collection on the 2nd say, regretfully we are living with garbage for a night.
