Location was great and overall facilities too! Will definitely recommend it

Me and my mom loved staying for this hotel. The location is amazing, right next to lake where we were able to take a walk around the area which is also super cute and peaceful. We also enjoyed our room view to the mountains, tho we stayed there during rainy day, so we were not able to see Mt. Fuji from our room which was really upsetting. But it is a great motivation to come back there on a sunny day. Also, the Onsen in the hotel was our highlight of staying in this hotel. We were able to enjoy it evening late at night, 1 am which was rewarding after day of traveling. There is also Onsen on the terrace which is extremely nice as I could also enjoy night view to lake and area around while taking a bath outside.

- the bathroom door is somewhat too revealing. Although the door is frosted, due to the size of the bathroom, people outside still see in when someone is using it and there isn't second door outside the bathroom. - breakfast timing finish too early

Dint have breakfast so don't know.. the view was amazing..The room was big for a Japanese hotel. It was very clean but old styled interior. They have a free shuttle to and fro the station but you need to inform them in advance.They also have vending machines and Onsen in house which is always a plus.

the walls are thin and you could hear people talking.. too far from train station.. nothing to eat at night around hotel.. reception desk replies were very slow when I messaged them on booking.com app.

The location itself was just amazing, I love the place and the ambiance, I also liked the view from our window which was the lake and my fuji. The staff was super friendly even though we had trouble with our communication they were very reliable and super friendly. The free shuttle they offerred. The onsen is tattoo friendly which I enjoyed the open air even though it was -2°C at 2am. I wanted to go back and book this hotel the next time I come back to Japan. The location was fabulous, a brilliant view of Mt Fuji from our room. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was powerful. The onsen was good and had a view of the mountain. The hotel offer a free shuttle bus after 3pm for check in if you call them or get the red bus and get off at stop 12. We had an evening meal, the restaurant was a little bit like z school canteen but the buffet was good.

The hotel was slightly dated but that didn't stop the service or the cleanliness.

-The Mt Fuji views from our room was so beautiful. 10/10 -Our family enjoyed the breakfast and dinner from the hotel. -The shuttle bus services were excellent. Yes the hotel was a bit dated as others reviews have said but we totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for the staff from the front desk, they went above and beyond with our luggages.

Though this hotel is not very close to major train station, they offer free transportation services from station upon request, which is very convenient to travellers. We arrived rather late that evening and was about to miss the deadline for dinner we ordered. They were sensitive and smart enough to arrange us for dinner first, and assured us that we can complete the formality for check-in after we finished our meal. The is not a very new or luxury hotel, yet it is surely a very comfortable one for travellers to relax and have a great time.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful view to see Mt.Fuji! The staff was friendly and the buffet was great. I also loved that there was a shuttle bus pick up and drop off service to and from the station. The morning view of Mt. Fuji was amazing!

The view to see Mt.Fuji from the onsen wasn't what I expected, but it was still a beautiful hotel and a lovely stay!

The view over the lake was sensational unfortunately we had clouds and rain all day and night over 1 days so we didn't get to see the mountain but the view over the lake from our room with a view was incredible and standing in the outside bath, late at night looking over the lake while it was raining was an interesting and eventful experience.

The weather was unkind to us.
