The location is fantastic, within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Selfridges, Grosvenor square and Hyde Park. While the room isn't particularly spacious, it's thoughtfully designed to comfortably fit two people.
The only downsides were the in-room dining experience and the room's sound insulation. The quality of the food didn't quite match the luxury of the hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, the room's noise cancellation could be improved, as I was disturbed several times by noise from the adjacent rooms.

The hotels location is fantastic, it is quite and comfortable and in the center of Mayfair. Reception was good and quick, and the breakfast and cafe were fantastic. Staff were very nice and welcoming. And the concierge were very helpful. Rooms are smaller than expected, but very clean and comfortable.
Some rooms are quite small, and we had one room with a window opposite to external AC unit, and no view at all. We asked to change the room and the receptionist showed us other available rooms until we liked one. During our stay we stayed at the highest floor (7th) and our room was very cold and there is no heating in the AC. The hotel provided us with an electric heater, and still the room were quite cold at night.

Location and room service
Upon reservation , I have requested spicial balloon decorations in room , flowers or chocolate as a surprise for my wife graduation but, unfortunately my request got ignored without even small reply saying sorry we don't provide such services or that would cost you so and so. I believe being open with customers is much appreciated than ignoring their needs or requests. I really feel so sad for not being able to respond to my message. Anyhow, Good luck

This Was my fifth stay at the biltmore and i cant think of any other hotel in london: - the location is unbeatable -The cleanliness of the rooms ( house keeping is doing an amazing job) - the in room service and food is very good - the bell boy “ Raul “ is very friendly, helpful and super nice. he is always happy to see us again every year
Almost all the staff at the reception are quite un welcoming! Other than that, the hotel is amazing
