The room has a great view of the cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. Very true from their pictures on the website. And it is also quite convenient to use code as they use smart lock. So we don't need to look for keys all the time. The staff is super communicative and made clear explanation of how we should find the property. Also before arrival, we requested to have a twin bedroom, and they immediately fulfilled our request. The hot shower in the bathroom made the experience extra critical as we finished our pilgrim that day :D The bed was quite comfortable.

It was a pitty that there was no water kettle in the room, tea and coffee can be ordered during reception hour but not available at other times. The breakfast was rather disappointing, not so many options.

The hotel was located in a great location and it was very comfortable. I loved the fact I had a patio to use if I wanted to. It was very clean room and it was located within a 5 minute walk of the Cathedral. The staff was very helpful and they answered all my questions. WiFi was adequate however, I could not work the tv, way too complicated and I consider myself tech savvy. I would stay here again.

The only thing I did not like about the place was that my room, located on the first floor, had a weird smell to it. It was not annoying but it was not alluring. Other than that, great place!

Good value for money, superb breakfast. The hotel was scrupulously clean. A good location within 5 minutes walk of the cathedral and La Plaza Obradoiro. The hotel is situated close to a Pharmacy which was useful as my wife had picked up a couple of bad mosquito bites. There is also a supermarket very nearby. If you're a fan of Arabica coffee ( rather than the harsher Robusta coffee) then we can recommend the Café Sonnenberg close to the Cathedral. We enjoyed the best coffee we had in our 2000km tour of Northern Spain in this cafe.

Nothing at all to dislike

The breakfast was perfect and was generally a very well-balanced one, with much fruit and cereals. You just walk into the breakfast room/ terrace and a tray of your pre-ordered breakfast awaits. The hotel is centrally located: we had an unhindered view of the cathedral from our room, the Parque Alameda (botanical garden) is just across the road, while a lot of restaurants, tapas and shops are within walking distance. The location is unbeatable.

The breakfast missed an egg. I didn't ask for it but I thought it ought to have been in the food options in whichever form.

the location was fantastic, there was a problem with access due to the road being re done but we were informed of that and it was OK. the view from our rooms was amazing and everything was so comfortable and roomy. Room 201 is possibly the best of the rooms.

I would have liked a mini fridge and a kettle in the room but boiling water was available 24 hours in the breakfast room. the lights were awfully bright

Location. Modern. Clean. Comfortable and good value.

Due to an early departure, we booked a taxi to the airport with the front desk staff at 5 am at the timechecked in. The next morning, ww waited for more than 10 minutes, but no taxi arrived. We had to call for another taxi. The call center told us that there was no booking for this hotel. So disappointed.

The room is renewed, with comfy beds, also they providing double twin bed when we asked for a queen size bed.

They doesn't have parking spot and the discount for the public park it's not the same price as they provided in the info. It'll be better if they provide in the description they don't have private parking, just an agreement and discount for public parking, and this parking is a little bit expensive, more than 15 euros (after discounts) per about 16 hours.

Great location. Within minutes walking of the cathedral. Clean rooms and very comfortable. The dining area has view of the cathedral but our room didn’t as it was the economy room. If you want view, you have to pay more which is understandable

Room was at street level and right off the lobby so a bit noisy. But at night, everything was quiet. Even so I brought and used my earplugs just in case.

The room was spacious, clean and the view of the Cathedral was superb! We loved being able to open the large bedroom windows and look straight at the spires of the cathedral. What a wonderful way to end our Camino journey! The communal terrace was also great and the location was very central to different parts of the city. I would definitely stay there again.

One staff member was not particularly welcoming but the others were very helpful.

One of the guys on reception was very helpful. He was the guy on the day we arrived (5th Jan) and the day we left (7th Jan). The other guy wasn't helpful at all.
