The rooms are always very clean. We love the sofa bed and the kitchen. The staff was amazing even through a global IT outage. They were super friendly and worked hard. Guests were not upset even with the one computer working. Also the breakfast is great and we enjoyed that time with family. Pool area was also super nice. Traveled with 9 people and we all enjoyed the rooms and the pool.

One thing I was not happy about was only 2 towels in our room. I think 4 should be standard and our conditioner and hand lotion were empty. We didn't call to request more as we got in late from a ball game to shower etc so I still rate the place 10/10.

Convenient to downtown, clean facility, quiet rooms and doors that don’t slam shut.

When I arrived, I provided by Booking.com number. The host was unable to verify my reservation and stated my family would not be able to stay. I realized I booked the reservation under my maiden name, therefore, he could not pull it up under name only. That was my error, but I was not pleased with his matter of fact, unhelpful reply when he has trouble pulling up out reservation and simply said, “well, you have to call Booking.com as I have nothing for you.”

The location is close to i5. The breakfast was good. I like having in room coffee and the lobby coffee was good.

I was shocked by the 125.00 pet fee For one evening. The bed sheets were extremely wrinkled and there was animal hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter. So wasn't feeling the bed was newly made or clean. So I took the sheets off and the mattress pad had stains on it. Yuck.

The manager helped me on non refund reservation. Very great Manager!! Awesome customer service on her part. BOOKING. COM WAS AT FAULT!

I was tired and they couldn't find my reservation that I couldn't cancel. But the Manager was GREAT!! SHE STILL made a way to honor my reservation!!! Third party discount reservation need to have better communication with Hotel.

Lobby was clean. Room was clean as well. Was a security guard at night and you need your room key to access the lobby.

We only had 3 pillows on the bed and there were no extras. We could have asked for another one but didn't, just odd that there were only 3 on a queen bed. Parking is limited, when we returned from event around 11:30pm there was only 1 spot left. Not much within walking distance and the area isn't the greatest.

I always enjoy staying here because we go to Sac a couple of times a year to watch the River Cats play. Great location and nice rooms at a reasonable price close to the field.

They ran out of a lot of things at the breakfast before it was time to close. How hard would it be to make more waffle mix and store the leftovers if there were any.

It was very clean and great, however we heard yelling and running all throughout the night and didn’t sleep at all.

For being pet friendly I would have loved to see closer potty areas. The poop bags were gone both Saturday and Sunday and trash was left all over near the dog area.

Prime location for what we were in town for - about 10 min from the Ace of Spades and roughly the same amount of time to the Sac Waterfront.

Everything was truly great. The only tiniest complaint I have is the amount of pet hair/human hair in the extra set of bedding we got from the front lobby. It wasn’t enough to make us leave and it didn’t ruin our trip at all. It wasn’t horrible and we plan on staying again when we go to Sacramento, so again, just a tiny complaint.

The comfort and cleanness

I didn't know. O maybe I didn't read that we have to pay $50 dollars for parking security 🤔. I know it is reimbursable in 3-5 business days, but still is the first time I had to pay for that. So is the only thing I didn't like from the hotel.

The suite that my fiancé and I stayed was so comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. And breakfast was okay. I would definitely return.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door. It would slide. I prefer the door to close shut instead of slide. Also the air vent was not working.
