A very convenient place to stay when you have a late or an early flight. On arrival we called the contact number and the shuttle arrived in less than 5 minutes. The room was basic, a bit cold (mid December), the breakfast provided in plastic boxes as seen in the property photos is very simple. Overall good value for money if you need to rest before/after your flight and dont want to loose time getting into the centre of Krakow. Parking fee for our car was very convenient, too. Highly recommended.

I dont want to complain, it is just an idea how to possibly improve the service: It would be great to have an opportunity to drink fresh coffee at the reception or to buy some fresh pastries instead of the cold sanwich bread included in the box. But for the price we paid it was OK.

The location is excelllent, very close to the airport. The hotel provided a free shuttle which got us from the hotel to the terminal in about five minutes. Very convenient. The price was very affordable compared with higher-priced, brand name hotels just down the road. We were greeted and checked in very quickly, and the room was made up for us as requested for two parents and two adult sons to all stay in the same room together. The room was spacious, not cramped even with four people. It was very clean and modern. Our stay was only for one night so that we could conveniently get to the airport for a very early flight, but we were very pleased and would gladly stay again.

There wasn't anything we disliked about our stay.

I recently stayed at AirPark Balice and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. This hotel offers a great combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a good choice for travelers flying in and out of Kraków. The most striking feature of AirPark Balice is its soundproofing. Despite being so close to the airport, I didn't hear a single plane during my stay. This allowed me to get a restful night's sleep before my early morning flight. The hotel also provides a complimentary airport shuttle that runs 24/7. The rooms at AirPark Balice are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The hotel also has a large parking lot, which is perfect for those who are driving to the airport.

No fridge at all (not even small minibar)

Drive from the airport was 60 seconds. We only had to sleep over and then grab a rented car and move on, so this location was just perfect for us. The stuff were nice and were happy to assist in any problem and question.

The shower douche was not good and did not allow a calm shower. This happened only in one room or of two (we had to take two rooms). The second room did not have this problem. The douche head need to be replaced, that's all. Breakfast was ok. It did what it needed to do - keeping me full until lunch. This is breakfast box rather than breakfast in the dining room..

We loved that this was just a short walk from the airport. You can arrange pickup, but we thought it would be quicker and easier to just take the short 15 minute walk upon arrival. It’s a smaller hotel on the same road as the airport with a sidewalk for pedestrians. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was super clean with a kettle and coffees for our early am checkout. We arranged a free shuttle drop off in the morning for our 6am flight. A staff member is at the desk 24 hours a day unless they are running quick drop offs and pickups at the airport. If that’s the case, a sign will be up to let you know. I thought this was a convenient hotel for an early morning flight. I didn’t need to worry about getting to the airport and finding transportation.

Nothing…it was perfect for our needs

I've only stayed for a few hours, due to a delayed flight and having to leave early for another one. The gentleman at the reception was waiting for me, he was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Good quality towels, nice shower pressure and a comfortable bed. I didn't get to check all amenities though. It was nice and warm too.

The minor thing was that the room was accessible right from the carpark on the ground level. There were curtains, however it was a little difficult to ensure full privacy, knowing you're right by the carpark where people will be walking by. However, that room was discounted due to this, so I think that's a fair deal.

This was an affordable, clean, quiet hotel near airport. The lady proprieter was very nice. The shuttle to the airport extremely early in the morning which I was able to get on around 4 AM in my case was a life saver. Krakow airport was quite crowded early in the morning at the Lufthansa counter so maybe recommended to start even earlier on busy travel times of the year. It is possible to also walk to the airport but can take some time with large luggage. Once again, very pleasant and kind lady proprieter.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Krakow airport. It's a more simple hotel, but has all the comfort and service that you can require. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night (which I would assume most people do?) before our flight from Krakow airport. We're a family of three, and was a perfect fit for our family in terms of comfort, cleanliness, proximity to the airport etc. Also, they do offer transfer from the hotel to the airport, in case you get to the hotel by car.

Nothing really.

We chose to walk to the grocery store (szabas) and buy bread, cheese, ham and yogurt for breakfast because there were 3 of us in the room. However, we appreciated the option to buy a breakfast box at the hotel. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had rooms with 3 beds and 4 beds that we could book since there were 3 of us in our group. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough furniture for nightstands and desks for our stuff. The room was large enough for everyone which was great. We appreciated the instant coffee, tea, sugar and creamer in the room and the hot pot. The staff at the front desk were great. We had 2 people that spoke good English (out of 3) and the third one didn't speak well but he was very pleasant with our broken Polish. The hotel and rooms were very clean and neat. That was great! We also appreciated having another bathroom on the floor to use since we had 3 people in the room (at least on one of the floors - I think it was the 2nd floor. There wasn't one on the 3rd floor during our 2nd stay at the hotel).

The bathroom in rooms with more than 2 beds could be larger to accommodate the fact there are more people using the room. We would have liked to have 2 coffees per person instead of 1 packet per person. We could have asked the front desk but it was late and we didn't have time in the morning. The air conditioning unit was unplugged in the room and we didn't notice it because it wasn't obvious where the unit plugged in. Therefore, the air conditioning didn't work and we had the windows open for air. The road next to the hotel was very loud with traffic. That was not pleasant. In future, please make sure air conditioning unit is plugged in and labeled so someone doesn't accidentally unplug it.

Close to the airport, good and free shuttle service to/from the airport. One can here the planes but still ok for sleeping. Perfect for one night before or after flight. Tea/coffee in room. There is air conditioning which may be important in summer.

The mattresses was very used and needs changing. The breakfest must be ordered in advance if you come late. The room is small but ok for one peron or one night.
